“During tax season, I had reason to phone my institutions to obtain my interest information on my accounts. I was met with a variety of willingness from customer service agents ranging from “happy to help” to being reprimanded. “I just came in to get a bank check and I was seriously so touched by the amazing women working the bank today . Not only did I get all the help I needed they were all so kind and helpful I’m truly grateful bc it’s not every day where you’re treated and greeted like you’re a friend or a loved one especially by strangers so for that im very grateful . I had the worst day today and after being helped by these amazing women im walking out of the bank smiling and that means the world to me . They set me up with accounts to help me save and build for my future which I wasn’t expecting to do when I walked in but im so grateful they suggested it bc I didn’t even know there were options like that .It’s 1/10/23 around 1pm , If the bank manger sees this please give those amazing women who helped me a raise or something bc im truly so grateful for my time at the bank today and that’s not normally something you hear every day .
