“If i could give 10 stars, i would. Anne Marie and the entire team at Warwick Auto Body are now like family. We had relatively significant damage to the body of our nearly new SUV and from the moment of first contact i knew this was the right shop to have it fixed. Anne Marie talked me through the process, provided solid estimate of time to have repairs completed, arranged for a rental vehicle, and dealt with my insurance company at all phases. Other than the initial call to report the incident to my agent, i didn't have to do anything else. Additionally, as repairs were underway, Warwick Auto Body would send emails showing the phases of work being done - from disassembly, to parts arrival, to painting, and final reassembly. It felt like i was in the office watching the team perform the work. And best of all, they completed a full and fantastic interior/exterior detailing of my SUV for pickup. Honestly, it was like a brand new car again. Despite having several other auto body operations much closer to me, I am glad i chose Warwick Auto Body. “I picked up my car today from Xtreme Autobody and was incredibly impressed by the work they did. Had a small but deep scratch on one of the doors on my 2025 Nissan. It’s a weird color so I was curious about how good it was going to match as the whole door had to be painted over. When I saw it I couldn’t believe what a perfect match it was. the door is flawless and looks brand new! The shop was very clean and the guys there were all very friendly and great to work with. I worked directly with the owner (Brian) who was great. Originally gave me a quote thinking more work would need to be done. When he called me today to tell me it was ready he said he didn’t have to do as much as he anticipated and charged me less. That type of honestly is rare and truly impressed me. Thanks again! I am more than impressed by Ken Rocha's results. Everything detailed, everything perfected. There was a big delay due to part orders, and since I have experience working in the tech repair industry, I already knew that this is something commonplace. “Where do I start? We took our car to Exclusive Auto Body after a body shop visited our home and claimed they could fix the scratches on my $33,000 new car. (I strongly advise against using Nick's Mobile Auto Body; they are hacks!) They only made the situation worse, ! My wife was understandably upset, but then we discovered Exclusive Auto Body in Johnston, RI, because the hood needed to be painted and the roof repaired. They assured us they could fix the problems, and we not only felt relieved but also welcomed, like part of a family. So I brought my 2023 black Lincoln SUV to Exclusive, and after four days, my car looked even better than when I got it from the dealer! I can't thank Exclusive enough; they were outstanding! They guided us through the entire process, and I am so happy we found them.
