“I went to this store to upgrade my service from pre-paid to post-paid as well as upgrade my phone and purchase an Apple watch.
The representative, Mike Murphy, was extremely product knowledgeable, offering suggestions on various options and services. He did not pressure sales and took the needed time to answer all my questions. A true gentleman with a good sense of humor.
Although I seldom write reviews, I'm writing this one because of an issue that cropped during the process and the way he handled it. I'll spare the details but suffice it to say in was an internal AT&T problem due to my switch from Pre to Post Paid and far out of his control.
Mike tried all the tricks of the trade and made multiple calls to their support folks. Tenacious as he is he pursued the problem through many levels of support until he finally found someone with the answer, all the while keeping his cool.
Next time you're there ask for Mike Murphy. You will not be disappointed with the service!”

“OK, so my iPhone the screen cracked went back to replace it spent $126 and now my phone is saying the screen is on recognized. They should know better that they have to use iPhone parts for an iPhone 15 and older and now I’m at the mall waiting for them to open up and they’re late.
So I went back to the mall and I talked to the owner Mike he was very very nice and he fixed my phone costed me another hundred dollars but now my Phone is great and he told me why he was late and I sympathize with him and everything is great. I will go back again. This just goes to show you that just by looking at somebody you don’t know what they’re going through so just have patience. I am trying to learn to.”
“I was helped by Keith and Rich today and they resolved all of my issues and concerns. They were able to get me what I needed at a price point I am comfortable with. They are the reason I go in store versus doing it online by myself because they have the knowledge and expertise to adjust my account and get all the services I need without drastically raising my monthly bill. Almost 2 weeks ago I had a bad experience at this location with being treated horribly by the rep with no desire to assist me with my issues or upgrade and I was made to feel like a nuisance and a moron. I expressed my concern regarding how I was treated and Keith reached out and made it right. He genuinely wanted to make it right and ensure this never happens again. We live during difficult times for everyone and you never know what someone is going through, we should all be treated with respect and not made to feel like a nuisance. Keith and Rich were wonderful today and I am very comfortable and happy with my purchase and adjustments to my account.”

“We had signed up over the phone for three new Verizon cell phone accounts +3 iPhones. I cannot begin to tell you about the aggravation I had trying to set these iPhones up and then to add insult to injury getting a bill before we were even ported in to Verizon and the bill was double what we were told. I spent countless hours over 4 days, talking to various reps over the phone and visiting a local store. Four days later at wits end I ended up at the corporate store on 399 Bald Hill Rd. in Warwick. Christopher Rogers went above and beyond to rectify this entire situation because I was literally about to go to the Attorney General’s office. Patience and understanding through it all, he spent probably 3 hours with my parents and I straightening everything out. Devon also helped out because there were many many issues with this whole situation.
I feel it is Important to let the powers that be know what outstanding employees they are.”
