“Came into dollar general looking for items to make slime! I found everything besides for borax, which I usually am able to find at DG’s perhaps sold out. I checked the bathroom here also but it was very dirty stains on the walls, dirty toilet seat, no toilet paper. Other than that it was very organized inside compared to the other

The managers here run a first-class operation — the store is clean, organized, and fully stocked, and you can tell leadership sets the tone for professionalism and customer care. Every employee I encountered was courteous, knowledgeable, and eager to help.
I especially want to recognize Taj in the meat department for going far above and beyond. I was looking for a large grass-fed chuck roast, and instead of just saying they were out, Taj personally went into the back to double-check inventory. He found a box that hadn’t yet been put out, carved a beautiful 6.5+ pound roast for me, expertly tied it, and wrapped it perfectly. That level of effort and pride in workmanship is rare.
Taj represents what customer service should be — proactive, professional, and genuinely accommodating. He is an outstanding employee who deserves recognition.

If not they will send a substitution. Definitely worth the delivery charge they also give you money off on certain days and time slots.”
“Great place to shop with great deals and prices… great deli service and great seafood service… but there is always an issue when I come Saturday mornings for shopping with fund-raising groups sitting at the exit hassling me about donations… very annoying and the store should do something about that… I can’t be the only customer who has an issue with this… I have never seen it at any other store.”
