567 South County Trail Ste 303, ExeterI’ve taken my long-haired cat Princess to four different places over the years and Renee and her team are head and shoulders above the rest. They were so gentle with her and clearly both groomers were serious animal lovers. I could hear her purring from across the room! And yes, I was there while she was being groomed - Renee offered me the choice to stay or leave for a cup of coffee; most places have me drop her off for a few hours.They are very knowledgable and professional and the grooming was first-rate. Princess got a lion cut, which in years’ past, has looked a bit choppy when done by others, but this one was smooth and soft and tapered perfectly. Truly a fantastic team. Of If I could give them 10 stars I would.

What stands out most to me is how gentle and genuinely caring Dr. Hassinger is. Every visit feels thoughtful and unhurried, and my pets are always treated with real compassion.
The entire team is wonderful... the atmosphere is calm, welcoming, and supportive. I’m truly grateful to have found a place that provides this level of care.
