“A year or so ago someone went to this store and tried to buy 4 iPhones and an Apple watch but the manager called me, I was in a meeting, so he called my wife but she was teaching a class so didn't answer, the manager then tried my daughter's number but again got no answer. I was frustrated at the time but now applaud the managers efforts.”

“Had a great experience with Jonathan at the Boost Mobile store on Lonsdale Avenue. Just bought a new iPhone 15 and took it to the store for activation. There was some difficulty because my service is through Boost Infinite which is somewhat different from the regular Boost Mobile. Jonathan opened a chat with customer service and got them to send me an e-sim which allowed me to activate the new phone. Really appreciate the time he took to do this even while dealing with other customers.”

“The Providence Mall T-Mobile store manager, Barbara and the store staff are the most respectful people that you could find in the T-Mobile stores around Rhode Island. I bought a phone from a store on bald Hill in Warwick and I wanted to return it back, but the Rep in the store did not want to help me he just didn’t care. I called costumer care and They lead me to the store in Providence Place Mall. These guys are amazing. You can trust them and you can definitely come here to buy from them rather than going to stores that will not help you when running into a problem in the future. This is the place where you Mobile phone problems will be all solved. Barbara the store Manager is five stars she is absolutely amazing, thank you Barbara for your help.”

“We're a Florida Non Profit organization and Techsoup Member. We have been using the Mobile Beacon Hotspots since 2017 or 18. The service has been excellent and the devices, save one, have performed flawlessly. When we received one hotspot that wouldn't connect Mobile Beacon tech support instructed me to go to a Sprint store, log on to their free wifi and reboot the device. I followed their instructions fully ready to lambast them for sending me on a wild goose chase! To my surprise, the device rebooted and worked perfectly.
