Went in and when I mentioned it was for charity, the owner asked me to pick an envelope from a basket, which would contain a discount. The actual manager has been helping me for years, and I really appreciated all her kindness over the years.
Once she found out about my experience, they reached out to me directly to straighten things out immediately.

“2nd time there. Ashley helped me yesterday. I returned a rubber sole ripped Pegasus 41 in the 60 day window. Paid $20 more for another Pegasus 41. The new ones are more comfortable. I bought more items and Ashley was very helpful. She’s been there for 3 years, that says something. Store is very clean and has a nice layout. Ask if there are any sales going on as their sales are lowkey but also on the Nike website and if they have the product, you are good to go.”

“A week ago I stopped by to pick up some new leggings, I was welcomed in by Jessica with a friendly smile. She was very helpful, showed me a few things and remembered me from previously shopping in the store. I went back yesterday because I had purchased the wrong size. ( totally my fault) Again, I was greeted warmly by an associate that welcomed me in. I went to pick up the correct size and found a cute top I wanted to try on. Shannon greeted me warmly, opened a room, and gave me her opinion when I asked and she was spot on! When I went to do my return, Molly and Vaga assisted me at the register. I showed Vaga that the green top, which I thought had a small mark on it. She even took me out in to the natural light to check. When she sensed my hesitation about buying it she check if she had another in the back and went quickly to get me a new one. All the young ladies were friendly, helpful and kind! Definitely a 5 star review! @Lululemon you’re doing a great job finding the right people for your store and this is why I only shop at your Cranston, Rhode Island location!”

“I just had the best experience at the Loft in Garden City. I needed several dresses for an occasion and other pieces for work. I had called ahead because I wanted to make sure they had my sizes. Lori F. answered the phone and was so helpful. We discussed the items I was interested in and put several outfits aside for me. When I arrived, Lori assisted me with all the outfits and other pieces she thought would flatter me. She was my personal shopper and she has great taste! When her shift ended, she put me in the hands of Grace, who was very helpful too. I highly recommend both of these fashionistas!”

“Always worth a browse if you need a pair or two of shoes. It's currently under construction at the moment, so there's no street access. You can still enter via the main entry inside the mall. There's still plenty of products and shoes, but the overall sqft of the location is currently impacted by renovations.”

“Amazing customer service! I came here today looking for a pair of the white cargo shorts they've been selling all summer. I really like their cargo shorts because they're quality and worth the money! They didn't have my size and all the shorts were on clearance. The super helpful woman on the sales floor offered to call the Olneyville location and see if they had them in stock. Not only did that location have the size I was looking for, but they also offered to hold them for me until I got to the store! I wish I knew her name so I could give her credit!”

“Yorker Shoes is an experience unlike anything else I've found in retail in the 21st century!! In my first trip, I bought a couple of pairs of shoes. Shortly after, I discovered that I had lost my dayplanner! DISASTER!! I got back to them and asked them to keep an eye out for it, left my name and number, never expecting anything. Lo and behold, One of the staff looked HARD behind some boxes, found it, and they called! I returned and it felt like the entire staff was overjoyed to do a good deed for a customer. This store is amazing, most because of the fabulous people who work there! I'm a customer for life!
