“I have been meaning to write this shout-out for the longest time.
I want to sincerely thank Allison at the register, Lisa for her patience, Jen for taking the time to cut out my coupons, and Jerry for carrying my groceries to my car, carefully loading them, and speaking to me with such kindness.
To everyone working at BJ's that evening about a month ago, thank you from the bottom of my heart. As someone with a disability, I am used to people noticing my limitations before they notice me. But that day, every one of you treated me with dignity, respect, and genuine kindness. You made me feel like a valued person, not just another customer.
Your compassion, patience, and willingness to help meant more to me than you will ever know. Small acts of kindness can make a lasting difference, and yours certainly did.

“Tabletop backgammon board is beautiful and a favorite with the family. Called the helpline for an unusual question about a problem that I had created; someone actually picked up the phone and walked me through a solution. Super nice and helpful. I wish I’d remembered her name (Friday 1 August afternoon), but couldn’t have been more friendly and patient. The benefits of working with an artisanal place, I suppose.”
“Definitely somewhere I’ve passed but wished I walked into sooner. The quality of material and knowledge of material is genuine. You don’t walk into most places that have the knowledge or passion about what you wrap yourself into. Most clothing and material now is cheap but with Paul he makes sure you leave with quality with him as a person and with his products.”
“This place is good for what it is: a mini version of the grocery section of a typical BJ's. Don't expect the vast selection of items that you're accustomed to at your typical BJ's. But, if the commute is shorter, and you're seeking the most common items or gas, this location is very convenient. Another plus, this location is seldom busy, with only three registers, you can still check-out without a wait.”
“This store is always spotless and well-organized. I never have to wait in line, and I appreciate how it serves the community while also accepting EBT. Great service and a welcoming, clean environment with great staff”
“Good place to buy all kitchen items specifically meat. Good selection of Halal meat. Day pass available for people who dont have the membership card. The only is long queues at exit. Some people don't even talk with respect. Overall, good place to shop.”
