“Was a bit leery about driving from Texas to RI for a one night stay for a family gathering and staying in a motel. The Anchor Motel exceeded my expectations on every front. Clean beyond clean, well maintained, modernized but felt nostalgic at the same time. The room was pristine. The bed was comfortable and the noise level nonexistent (we were in Room 6 next to the office and at the confluence of the L shaped motel). Outdoor patios encourage meeting the neighbors and held an array of beach gear and sparkly shoes in the mostly family occupants nearby. I can’t encourage you to try the Anchor Motel enough! But shhhhhhhhhh at the same time ;)”
