“The incredible service started just moments after booking online, when I received a phone call confirming my reservations. I was able to customize the accommodations and learn more about our stay.As we pulled up to the enchanting location, we had the pleasure of being met by Kristina for a tour of the grounds.Upon arrival, we were delighted by early entry into our beautiful guest rooms. We couldn’t believe the attention to detail throughout the hotel but specifically in the accommodations. By the time we got to our room, the seamless staff beat us there with our luggage, jackets perfectly hanging in the closet.Our guest room continued to be magically perfected while we were away, with surprises waiting for us on our pillows. We returned to fresh water in the fridge, wires organized by the bed and toiletries perfect at the sink.The features in the room rivaled the quality and luxury of any five star hotels such as automated blinds, automatic fireplace, heated floors and a truly luxurious shower experience. This is a historic building with charm, but does not show signs of suchq in terms of the luxurious finishes that adorn the room.The true magic of this hotel was the staff and the seamless communication that happens behind the scenes to create magic for the guest. This was hospitality at its finest all around. Kristina told us upon arrival that they aim for their guest to not have to think about any of their needs during their stay. After witnessing first hand, I can say that the team successfully stayed one step ahead of our every possible want for the duration of our visit.”

“One of THE BEST Italian restaurants I've ever been to. It's a very intimate setting and the food is delicious! I had the Manicotti al pomadoro and my boyfriend had some farfalle cream dish, which was fantastic as well. We had tiramisu for dessert, and I'll just say we would've ordered 3 if we could eat it all. This is a must try spot!”

“I want to start by saying thanks to Chef Jacob and Andrew for making a special occasion even more special! We did the blind taste dinner and, not sure how, but every dish that came out was better than the previous one! And all of them were incredibly good! From the freshness of the ingredients, the presentation and the amazing explanation of every dish by the chef himself, everything was incredible! “We have just attended the wedding of some very close family of ours and had a wonderful experience with the Ocean Cliff Hotel. From the moment we arrived as members of the wedding party we were made to feel as family. Our 'Captain' James was a wildly attentive and helpful young man who seemed to be everywhere at once. From the warm and receptive Front Desk Managers that greeted the family (and fixed any problems that popped up!) like Susan and Heidi to the wildly talented and responsive servers like John (who never failed to greet a guest or open the doors to welcome them!) Reidyn, Oswaldo, and Zander that jumped on every request or difficulty that came their way.Karl and Dan were our bartenders for the evening and there was not a drink mentioned that they could not create. They were exceptionally personable and made everyone feel like they were finally coming home after a long spell away.Taylor and Briana assisted with planning and had a solution or fix for every last minute change or addition that came by.Michael was our Night Auditor who quickly became our late-night guardian angel by providing and assisting our messy but well intentioned group with anything we needed. He was a fabulously knowledgeable individual that we were thrilled to have spent the late nights with.This beautiful facility and their unerring staff have made every single guest feel like they belong at every turn. My wife and I were truly blessed to spend a weekend here among so many people that made us feel so special and cared for during our short stay. I cannot recommend this location enough for weddings, celebrations or other events moving forward. We thoroughly look forward to our next return to the Ocean Cliff Hotel and it is solely thanks to the exceptional and selfless staff on hand to welcome all of us as family finally coming home.”

“I've been here a few times and every time the burgers are spectacular! Definitely some of the best burgers I've had in the area. Service is always prompt and friendly, and the vibes inside are funky and cool. Definitely a don't miss spot on Broadway!”

“As a member of the St. Francis Yacht Club in San Francisco we have reciprocal privileges to use the NYYC club (and Vice Versa) when we're are traveling. This goes for the NYYC Harbor Court station in Newport, RI. Our Commodore was having his "Commodore Cruise" in New England and the closing dinner was to be at Harbor Court. Now, with COVID there was a limit on guests amd total crowd for a dinner. We had over 100 cruising ew England and over 80 were due for the final dinner. Add Henri the hurricane to the mix and we had some challenges for the dinner. We had cocktails on the front lawn. Then, the NYYC set is up outside in the motor court area for dinner. This allowed us to get our entire group together. Weather was perfect. CalmBefore the storm as they say. We even had the opportunity to watch the clubs "colors" ceremony when they retreat the flag each evening prior to sunset. Now getting to the food and service. With COVID it is especially hard to find amd keep good servers. We struggle with that at our club. It here at the NYYC. First they had plenty of staff. A welcome reprise from those businesses who can't seem to ramp staff back up. Even more impressive, their staff are trained very well. Women first, serve from left, remove fromRight etc...I was thoroughly impressed that during COVID, and the night before a major hurricane, the NYYC was able to host the dinner for the StFYC and do so at such a best-of-class level. If you have a chance to visit Harbor Court, don't miss it!”

“We loved our Easter night dinner at this place! It has a beautiful view, nice stuff, quick service... !Everything we had was either very good or great! I cannot recommend enough the calamari appetizer, for example. It it was different than just straight forward grilled variety, and it was very tasty!”

“Now...open for breakfast and treats throughout the day!!! Small batch, artisan: blueberry muffins, lemon bread, the perfect brownie, chocolate chip cookies and more. Creative, refreshing (non-alcoholic) drinks: Newport Blues Lemonade, Cranberry Basil Spritz, Firecracker Punch....AND yes, more! Also, hot French Press Coffee and drip coffee (Custom House beans), plus iced coffee! Open Thursday to Sunday: 8 to 3pm.”

“Thi is now the Harbor Beach Island Resort on GOAT Island.. the rooms need a bit of a refresh. The staff was great. The food was good, but not great. Still a fun place in Newport for a little getaway”

“This resort is gorgeous and right on the water. You are steps away from Bowen's Warf, Brick Marketplace and tons of restaurants and shops.The rooms are clean, nicely decorated and you can get an Ocean View and a balcony too.The best part is the breakfast. Great location and great events.”

“Always a wonderful experience, romantic ambiance, linen tablecloths, very professional, warm, friendly waiter. We go here for special occasions. Still offered restaurant week menu which gave us lots of choices. Clam chowder, shrimp cocktail w/ 3 huge shrimp, steak fritter cooked just like I like it (med rare) and shrimp scampi. All delicious.”

“I went to a work dinner once, with a fashion designer named Ofelia, and then with her sister Charlize who owns an art gallery in Newport, and the place was very nice. I also visited shortly before I married my wife, Bonnie. Really, it is a good place to distract yourself and get away from problems a little. Cayden.”
