“This is more like a 4.5 star review but I'm just going to round up. Honestly, they can be a bit pricy but they're super convenient, friendly, and sometimes they even give away free produce. They're also usually open on holidays, so if you're someone that usually needs to shop last minute, there's a safe bet you can get what you need here.”

“Elias and his wife are very kind people; they did an amazing job turning a decrepit old Bodega into a thriving one! they have everything basic grocery needs (cans, boxes, mixes, drinks, bread ,eggs&milk) but also fresh produce, meats, aluminum pans Styrofoam plates, plastic utensils & diapers etc. But the best addition has to be HOT & cold foods like a new York Bodega they take food stamps for the cold sandwiches and they come with free drink they're a must . a busy working mothers dream.”

“Been shopping here since buying a house nearby. Good & inexpensive place for buying meat and veggies. mostly friendly people as long as you know Spanish. There have been a few issues with quality, and they've gotten pricey on non-meat & produce. Charges for bags starting July '24.”

“I was in the area traveling from New York when I noticed this market. They have so many varieties of food that I wish I could have purchase but since I was going to Boston I don't think the groceries would have faired too well since I won't be back in New York for a couple of days. There is plenty of parking and so many great food to purchase. Everyone that worked there was nice and polite as well.”

“This place is a hidden Gem a family business everyone is very polite when you think of great community this is the store that is the heart of it they always help their customers the food is out of this world they have everything from chopped cheese to traditional pasta the chef will make whatever you request I’m surprised there isn’t a line out the door they don’t get the recognition that they should already have that’s why I call this place a hidden gem !!”

“Great spot with every option you can think of for oils. More than you could imagine. Spicy ones. Portuguese oils. There was a gochujang one and a smoky Japanese sesame seed oil. Definitely recommend trying for fun gifts for someone who likes to cook. Super nice guy there; took the time to show us everything and let us try it all. There’s a little place to sit down and relax while your partner shops as well.
Cute mini gift sets. Best place to try a bunch of smaller ones. We got everything we need for snacks. Balsamic, really fun infused olive oils, pickled carrots and Mexican chocolate.”

“Not the best Aldi I have been in, it could do with an update. Bread selections are good, while vegetable selection is rather hit or miss. There is no deli. However, I do like to do much of my shopping here as brand name groceries are not important to me and I have found their house brand of most items to be very acceptable”

“Good selection of halal meats and Arab foods and spices. My only complaint is I wish things were labeled with prices, I shop having no idea what anything on the shelves cost and hoping for the best at checkout.”

“The bad part about this place? It’s location. I wish this was franchised or in more accessible location because I love this market. Not only is it a corner store but they sell Spanish ready to eat food. It’s so delicious. My Dad started getting us food from here over a decade ago and we still visit whenever we can. This place is a treat.”

“This is a Cambodian market that has all of your hard to find Southeast Asian foods, ingredients, fruits, drinks, desserts, etc. that you would not be able to find at a regular supermarket. The few times that I have been there, the staff have always been friendly and helpful. It can get pretty crowded, especially on the weekends and with the narrow aisles, it can be hard to walk around if you end up there at a busy time. If possible, I'd recommend going on a weekday. Parking can also be a pain if it is busy since there is no parking lot so you'd have to find parking on the street.”
