“This place is great. The prices are consistently lower than Homedepot and they offer much more selection. You can get just about any PVC trim here and all the correct fasteners. A&R sells many high quality items that are not available at the box stores and they have the knowledge to guide you towards the correct products for your job. I have bought everything from Unilock pavers, wire mesh for concrete, rebar, stain grade interior window casing, cedar clapboard siding without finger joints, stainless nails, Schlage door knobs, granite mailbox post and property markers, charcoal metal siding I used on my ceiling in my garage, grass seed , wood pellets for my pellet stove etc. A&R can get many species of wood and rough sawn wood. I have also bought railroad ties and landscape timbers to hold crane parts off the ground for long periods. I cannot think of another place to buy railroad ties. I am looking forward to coming here many years to come for all my future projects!”

“I like Harbor Freight Tools because of their selection and prices. Normally I would give this store 5 stars, but on this particular visit, I spent a lot of time in misdirection! Two different employees gave me two different answers as to where the tool that i wanted, was located. Both of them were wrong. But as I was leaving, a third employee asked if he could help me and I told him that the store was obviously out of the hand-held propane heater I needed, so no thank you. Incredibly, he went straight to the location and handed me the heater!! As more employees are better trained, my score will improve back to 5 stars. I will certainly continue to shop at Harbor Freight Tools.”

“I needed belt holes punched and had no idea where to go until I called Union Commercial Co. He informed me that he was able to do that with a special hole puncher he had, so I brought my designer belt in and got two holes punched! He didn’t even charge me. Very nice and helpful! 10/10 would recommend.”

“If I can't find what I was looking for I go to Ace. I needed a new grill and the one that I wanted was not in the store. I spoke with Luke and explained that I really would like to see it in person before I buy it. One was ordered and assembled for me to view. I loved it! The new Char-Broil gas/charcoal grill. Not only was it put together for me, he delivered it and hauled away my old grill. Luke was superior in every way. Your lucky to have him!”

“On February 3, 2023, Friday evening, which was the coldest night of the year (-9 Degrees Fahrenheit) I had a major plumbing problem. After taking my shower and turning off the Symmons Temptrol control valve, hot water kept running (not dripping) and I had no shut-off valves in proximity to the shower to stop the hot water back flow. Back in 2010 I purchased a high efficiency boiler from Bruce at Ardente Supply Co. which has an indirect hot water tank associated with the boiler. I was fearful to shut down the boiler while attempting to fix the problem since the boiler provides both space heat and domestic hot water. The next day, February 4, 2023, Saturday, the overnight temperature was the second coldest night of the year (-2 Degrees Fahrenheit) and I still could not do anything to stop the hot water siphoning from the boiler. After two days of record setting temperatures and another day, Sunday, that the problem could not be addressed, I decided to call Bruce at Ardente supply on Monday. Bruce has helped me over the years addressing both electrical and plumbing problems with my boiler and supplying various plumbing parts for a number of home remodeling jobs. After discussing my siphoning problem with Bruce, he told me what I needed to do to secure boiler operation and how to rebuild my Symmons Temptrol shower valve. I do not know what I would have done if Bruce did not come to the rescue. Bruce, your expertise in HVAC is truly exceptional and I feel that my experience might help someone in the community with a similar or any heating/plumbing problem. Bruce, kudos to you... Rick P.”

“Great company. Family run for many generations. Went there recently and got a tour. I now know what makes them so successful. I talked to their employees. Most have been there between 20 and 45 years. All of them are proud of their work. To keep employees that long it shows that the company cares about them. Everything made in shop and all hand inspected before it goes out the door. Not many places anymore that care that much about quality. They still do and I was amazed. Check them out. “After shopping around for kitchen cabinets, we found that Home Outlet in Warwick, RI was 1/3 of the price that other places were charging for the same thing. I walked in with my kitchen/pantry measurements and received a free design from Chris with no appointment necessary. I’m very picky and he sat with me for almost 2 hours with a smile on his face making sure the kitchen layout was designed to my liking. It was so cool seeing him design my kitchen on the big screen right behind him so that I was able to really visualize everything. The store manager, David, was a pleasure to work with and he was always available to answer any questions or concerns that came up right away. This was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had in my life. We just completed a full renovation on our 70-year old home and working with Home Outlet was one of the few positive experiences we’ve had throughout the process and it was actually my favorite part! I love my kitchen…Thank you guys so much!”
“We went here to get some ideas for our bathroom because we are remodeling it. We also wanted to compare prices to the big box stores to get the most bang for our buck.. we were happy with what we saw and ended up going to the East Providence location to buy our vanity only because the order at the Warwick location was 10 days late with an unknown arrival time. There is a lot to see here, great prices and selection. Worth it if you're in the market for bathroom, kitchen or window ideas.”
