“A great little bank located in East Greenwich, RI. One location. No drive through windows. ATM outside. Full service inside. The staff is helpful and wonderful. They go out of their way to help you and know pretty much everyone by name. Great rates - in fact they pay more on their checking and cd's than other banks I have seen. They offer remote deposit which our company uses. No more going to the bank and depositing checks. We do it all from our office which saves us time and money.”

“This Bank of America location is the best one I have ever been to. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful! We were closing on our house and our puppy ate our cashiers check down payment the night before our closing (worst night ever). The manager, Bethany, spent all day the day of our closing to make sure we were able to get another check and close on our house the same day. My wife and I are forever grateful for them. I’m not sure if we were going to another location that we would’ve been able to close on the same day. I could never thank them enough for their hard work and this experience will make me a Greenville Bank of America customer for life! Once again thank you guys so much! I will recommend this location to everyone I know and the manager Bethany and her team are beyond exceptional!”

“I am giving this bank 5 stars because I just refinanced my house with them. It was easy and I have never even met the man who did the work for me. Everything was done virtually. Lance Conte helped me make decisions through email and a website dedicated to my account. I felt so safe and really appreciated. The interest rates were low and there has been a rush of people refinancing. I was told that it would take 3 months and it has taken a little less than that. Nice. I like to know up front what to expect. Today I got a call from the closing company. They are coming to my house for the closing. I like that I can determine the level of safety that will be in place. Definitely will stay with Citizens.”
