“House tours were $8. The people volunteering are very nice! They do reenactments & weddings. The owner goes out of his way, the best he can to please every person. He is very kind and funny. This place is well kept up and historic history is well preserved and showing for people to see in great condition. I highly recommend this place for an event or for photographers to have photo sessions on. Lots of nice spots to take pictures. Photographers will be added to their vendor list if you'd like for future events. There are bridges, old stone walls, a pond, all sorts of beautiful trees and barn to take lovely pictures by. Plus the house has such charm for great photos. Big grounds for large events, with plenty of room for parking. About 23 acres I was told. I highly recommend this place!”
“The go-karts here are very fast and gives you a great adrenaline rush.
Time Mission is also so much fun (reminds me a bit of Level 99). There are 25 creative rooms that you try to score the most points in. Each room has a cool theme and uses different skill sets to play. We had a lot of fun as a team of 2 solving puzzles together. We killed 2hrs here easily. They say each room can accommodate groups of 4, but I think 4 people might feel too squished and chaotic. Some rooms smelled musky and could use a good deep clean.
We recommend coming to R1- there’s a variety of activities all in one place!”

“We held my daughter’s Baby Shower here this Sunday morning…perfect intimate space for our gathering! We rented the space from 7:30 am until 12:30. It was (by far) the most reasonable and affordable venue in the area!!
We were met at the front door just before 7:30am by Payton’s smiling face….she was so friendly and welcoming! She showed us a convenient place, close to the door that we could park, so that we could unload our cars with all of our supplies for the shower. Once everything was dropped off inside, we then parked directly across the street from the Venue with plenty of parking and easy access for our guests.
Payton not only helped us unload our cars ….she graciously offered to help us set up. She was so helpful!
The space was perfect…warm and inviting!!!
About 20 minutes before we needed to leave…there was Payton again to jump in and help us to pack everything up!

“Service and help from the coordinators were great, however, the ballroom was unbearably hot even before we came down from the suite. After everything began, it became an inconvenience for our guests and caused some to leave (particularly my family because there were several older members). They did provide a industrial cooling fan but it only helped a little. Last August, we mentioned a review we read and was reassured that it was because of a 95-degree and humid day and that we shouldn’t be worried about it. I’m not sure which upgrades may be needed for the ballroom or if the AC should be kicked on earlier during the day, but we hope they fix it for future events and weddings! This isn’t a representation of the service we received as we have nothing but great reviews of the staff, the rest of the team, the bartenders at the rooftop and in the ballroom, and the servers as well! The food at the rooftop was excellent and the G worked with us on the menu. They helped with last minute changes and updates!”

“Room is clean. Staff is helpful and friendly- very approachable. Our room 417 was spacious and although it just looked out onto a rooftop it was fine. We had drinks a Fleur which was hopping all evening. Elevators are fast. Parking in garage next door for $20 a day.”
“The staff were great. As soon as we checked in they were very courteous and gave us great advice for the area. Gave us a late check-out because of my daughter's cheerleader schedule. Room looked brand new. Very clean. We will book this property again.”

“Hosted an event for about 100+ people. Space was huge, clean, and perfect for our needs. Food was priced very competitively, was good and plentiful, and they allowed us to bring in our own food without additional charges. Bartenders were good, and helpful. Ample parking.
Would recommend this space for any large function, and would definitely book this hall again.”
