“Took me in on the spot and correctly diagnosed a noise in my front end as a problem with my wheel bearing. They charged a fair price for the diagnosis and told me I would get full credit for that charge toward the wheel bearing job if I decided to bring it back to them to have it done. I brought it back to them and they did a good job. My only complaint is that after the diagnosis visit I noticed a couple of small scratches on my door. I didn't complain. When I picked up my car after the wheel bearing was replaced I noticed another small scratch. Their work area is very tight and congested so I can see how it would happen. My car is not new so it's not a big deal to me”

“Brayton is area AAA franchise. Today they came to.tow me to Braytons to find out why my 2013 GMC wouldn't start. Justin, the driver and mechanic, was determined to get it to run since it turned over while sputtering but would not start. Justin kept on it until he finally got it to start and eliminated the need for me to have it towed, be without car all day, and I was so pleased for his dogged determination to help. He advised me to take it to the dealer for the free service As the parts were under recall. It would have been a nice $ job for him. The honesty will bring me back for many years to come!! He even helped me arrange a tow.They have also fixed numerous cars for my family in the past - Lexus and MB. This car was a Subaru.”
