“I first talked with Michael asking if the had any bakers racks/kitchen furniture. He showed me what they had, but it wasn't what I wanted or was too big. He introduced me to Dawn the outlet sales & Operations manager. Michael also told me on Thursdays they get more markdown furniture. She showed me what they had. I saw one I liked, but needed to take measurements in my kitchen. Dawn gave me her card before I left. On the way home I stopped by another furniture store. They had 1 bakers rack, but it was too big for my space. The sales associate said the don't carry a lot of kitchen furniture. She didn't seem interested in helping me. The next say I went back to Bob's with my measurements. Dawn had remembered me from the night before. The furniture fit my space, so I bought it. If I ever need another piece of furniture I'll check Bob's first. Excellent customer service.”

They were wonderful to let me bring my dog in with me. She is a sweetheart and very obedient. I was able to complete my selection and ordering without worrying about my dog being left in the car on a dark evening! I am looking forward to receiving my new storage bench for my front entry!”

“We spent about two days in the showroom of Porch and Patio. We originally intended to purchase wicker, but the teak that they had on display was beautiful. The prices on our furniture set were similar to prices online, and our preference was to shop local. The staff were great, the showroom is excellent, and we are incredibly happy with the results. Also, they had everything we needed in stock, which was amazing as we bought ten pieces or so.”

“Me and my wife were looking to purchase a new couch. When we arrived to the store, we were greeted by Xavier. He was super friendly, and knew everything and anything that was needed about furniture. He also gave us our space and allowed us to look around as we wish to without being the “typical” salesman. Once we narrowed it down he continued to go above and beyond to complete the purchase process and set up delivery at our new apartment. We highly recommend him and he is defiantly and asset to Raymour & Flanigan. I would go back and see Xavier again and purchase from Raymour & Flanigan for any future of our furniture needs!”

This store is very large and well lit...the signs above the aisles are very clear and well positioned. I got some Command Hooks that I needed and that are hard to find in some of the smaller discount stores. Easy check out process, nice friendly staff.”

“I was in Rhode Island two weeks ago and it was a cold spell. I only brought tshirts and now it's 45 degrees. What's a Southern dude to do? I headed to Target in hopes of finding something warm. In the men's department, I not only found a decent selection of warm wear on the clearance rack, found a discounted hoodie for $20! And in a pretty cool color. Easy to pay for it at the self-check out where the price rang up properly and I was on my way. Well done, Target! [Review 15283 overall, 785 of 2021, number 46 in Rhode Island.]”

My only downside is that sometimes specially in the cosmetics and beauty section there’s not much selection, the shelves are a bit empty. Other than that nothing but good to say. The bed we purchased was delivered promptly (undamaged), and the delivery people were friendly and helpful. We have found the matress we got to be very comfortable (and my wife is 6 months pregnant, so comfortable is not always easy, lol). I especially felt the need to write this review because before going here i looked at the reviews and there were a couple that made me a little nervous to do business there, but we were very happy with the service we received there and very happy with the products we bought there.”

“We had a positive experience and the salesman was very helpful, however, the mattress he sold us is already no good after 2 years. My husband thinks he sold us the wrong mattress. We have an adjustable bed and he assured us it would be fine on an adjustable bed but now it humps up when you put the top up and it feels like the coils are sticking in your back. I used your warranty site yesterday and followed the video and the written words yet when I went to upload The pictures you started asking for more than what you told us to do.I am 73 years old My husband is 74.There is no way I was going to take the mattress off the bed again to try to find the tag on the box spring. It's an adjustable bed so you said I didn't need a picture, then you want a photo of the box. Spring labels or whatever from it. This is a lot more than what you asked and showed in your video and explanations in words. It was a different ball game once we got to showing you the pictures. I feel that you are going to tell me that you can't under the warranty cuz I didn't send the picture and take the whole better part again. I think you do it that way just so you don't have to replace the mattress which has shown in the pictures that I did take how bad it is after 2 years.Thank you for listeningCathy Whittaker”
