“I was in a shell of a house. I needed to get put. No running water or heat. Found out I could sell my house and it DID NOT have to be in turn key condition. Checked out the house, listed it on a bidding site. Everything basically done in 30 days. Caught a home viewing with 150 people showing up, and 60 people leaving thier info! Paid off 2 loans for home improvements, the original loan, and a COVID modified loan. From cold feet, to an apartment with running water, no foreclosure, and can work on building my credit. Oh, and the garnishment that was being taken out monthly, is gone now putting more of my money back into my pocket. I can buy again when the market is right for me, and can live a normal life without bills hanging over me.Cheers!”
