Usually I have incredibly long wait times or difficulty accessing a human being with financial/healthcare institutions but this was reminiscent of way back when before the bots and automated options went out of control.
The person who helped me was incredibly helpful, friendly, and went the extra mile (called another dept to see if I could just get my title directly) and not only that, I had overpaid, so she also reconciled that and had a check sent to me for it!
