2401 Augusta Rd, West ColumbiaI have 2 little shorkies 5-7. They absolutely love everyone and animal. Just over 4 years ago they were horribly abused,. So much so the business called us as injuries weren't noticeable. Long story short, they're vet has had to drug them in order to do nails, etc...since. Even many groomers tried over the years. My daughters dog survived her abuse also and told me to try these "dog whisperers". My daughters nic name. For the first time not only didnt they need to be drugged, my cuddle bugs loved them afterward even more. My pups are my kids, like alot of us out there. Telling you this is fantastic does do them justice. Somehow they not only did beautiful grooming, they stop the fear that tormented my pups, and my daughters. Wish i could do better then 5 stars. Cant wait for future "handsomes".. Very Sincerely, Kelly

The staff was very accommodating when scheduling around my work hours. The vet techs and both veterinarians were welcoming, and very knowledgeable. All questions or concerns I had were answered at each visit. All email correspondence was returned quickly, and thoroughly. I highly recommend Van Crest for all of your pet care needs!

It’s a welcoming spot with fantastic and warm bartenders. The selection of beer and wines to purchase from the shelves or on tap/cooler is excellent. Non-alcoholic options are available. Food trucks rotate that are decent and the patio is comfortable and cool enough when the fans are on. It’s loved by local regulars too. Dogs allowed but not on the patio - I interpret this as men shouldn’t wear flip flops in public but in fact they allow that. Come as you are.

It has this fluffy coconut rice base that is a fantastic twist on the sushi ricw most bowl come with. The yellow fin tuma was bright pink and fresh, the shrimp were the large whole ones . The tiger sauce is another new flavor profile I enjoyed. I also had the Poke nachos +so so good and yes it has the same tuna but all the other toppings were different, so it's nice to be able to order hot weather food that is fresh and different. I don't think the $20 was too much. I've been grocery shopping lately, and that pricing is exactly on point with what I am seeing both on the shelf and in general around town now. I had the Pina colada with my meal and it was perfection ! Got a 6 pack of Vale togo...what better end to a hot summer work day ?

Hilton Garden Inn Columbia Airport
110 McSwain Dr, West ColumbiaFront desk staff was extremely kind and helpful when checking us in yesterday afternoon. They were sure to explain everything included in our stay, as well as general information. Our room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. It is apparent this is either a new location or newly renovated, because everything was very nice. We were impressed to hear there was a restaurant and bar off of the lobby area too. The toiletries provided were nice as well. The only negatives were that the doors to the rooms are very heavy and EXTREMELY loud when they close, so we heard lots of doors slamming during the night which woke us up a few times. The bathroom doors in the rooms also do not stay open on their own, they close on their own and slam as well, and the toilet flush is very loud as well, so hearing that at night woke us as well. This could easily be remidied with a kickstand on the bathroom doors to hold it open if desired. The shower was very nice and spacious, with sliding glass doors. The location is very convenient, right off of a main highway in Columbia. Overall besides the noise we liked this stay and location and would be back if we ever were traveling in the area again!

Me and my 3 little girls(7,9, &10yr) came in on a Sunday(1hr before closing btw)and she didn't hesitate to greet us with a Warm smile! ❣I was teaching them how to be ladies that day 😅and she was Soooo kind and patient with them. They each ordered for themselves and she even went along with the whole learning experience🥹. She engaged with them with convo , tended to each of there needs and the food came out in a timely manner. It was hot and tasty. She wasn't trying to push us out the door 😅 she was consistently polite. If you are reading this Rebecca, we are Truly Thankful we had you as our server. Final Victory Animal Rescue
919 N Lucas St, West ColumbiaWe adopted our pup in the summer of 2024 and the entire process was wonderful. We received answers to our questions in a very timely manner and the foster family (John) was so wonderful to work with. We are in NH so the entire process was remote including “meeting” our dog. Transportation was also flawless and within a day we had our new guy out on the boat and walking the beach!
