They see the cats before any dogs arrive and I appreciate the effort to keep the cats away from dogs. They charge half what my vet did for a sanitary trim and do a more thorough and better looking job. My only suggestion would be I wish there was a way to schedule online

We have three dogs and switched care from another local vet office to Spears Creek and the difference in care is night and day. Everyone at Spears Creek is so welcoming, kind and they genuinely remember and care about your pets. Two of our dogs have had some health issues over the past year and they have worked with us to figure out what was wrong with so much compassion and kindness. Even just routine well visits and vaccines are great. Adore this office and this staff so much, we will never go anywhere else! Thank you for everything!

1217 Rose St, ElginNot sure how long they have been open but it seemed like they were short staffed. Had to wait until someone came over to take my order than a longer wait for food. Finally asked for a to go box when my food arrived. Once I got home I reheated the pizza and it was actually pretty good
