They see the cats before any dogs arrive and I appreciate the effort to keep the cats away from dogs. They charge half what my vet did for a sanitary trim and do a more thorough and better looking job. My only suggestion would be I wish there was a way to schedule online

925 Spears Creek Court, ElginThe customer service and the attentive care was given to us and our dog. The report card and the photographs were great to get while we were on vacation. We can only rank as high as 5 Stars, but if there were 10 kennel care would get 10 Stars for customer service and the care they took of our dog while we were gone. We would definitely entrust the care of our dog with kennel care 100%. 😆 She also told us that you all treated her very well.

550 Spears Creek Church Rd A, ElginThis Spears Creek location is AWESOME! I absolutely Love the atmosphere, the time it takes to have my food ready, and the Owner treats me so well. Her staff is has Wonderful Customer Service. Not to mention, the food is always Great. Has one previous customer said, the egg rolls and fried noodles are so crispy and fresh, ALWAYS! If you get extra egg rolls, refrigerate the extra. They last at least 2 days after buying a great lunch.
I live off of Decker Blvd, but I rather walk into an establishment and feel comfortable about me food being prepared without issues.

Finally asked for a to go box when my food arrived. Once I got home I reheated the pizza and it was actually pretty good
