10737 Broad River Rd, IrmoWe take our Boxer and our Bulldog here and have had positive experiences with the actual care they receive. It’s a good local spot for our pups! My only major piece of advice is to keep a very close eye on your invoice before you leave. We have been double-billed often for various items, so definitely double-check your charges at the front desk. Great vet care, but the billing department needs a bit more attention to detail.

The doctor was informative, friendly and I certainly believed her very competent.
Sadie was especially caring and compassionate. She carefully demonstrated how to clean my German Shepard Teddy Bear’s ears and apply the medication. Of course Teddy didn’t appreciate the attention to his most infected ear but Sadie was gentle and reassuring. I would not have been able to properly treat Teddy with a simple explanation which I would have expected from most veterinary practices. Take your dog in the back then provide a simplistic explanation of the procedure.
Well Pets and Sadie went the extra mile and that is so important to me!

3510 Kennerly Rd, IrmoBella Mia, our 8 y.o. Westie, absolutely LOVES The Woods! We take her there for grooming, boarding and day care (play day). The owners and staff love her and she LOVES them…. When we tell Bella Mia that she’s going to “The Woods” she starts jumping around…she can’t wait to go!!!! SO….do we recommend The Woods for your pup??? YES!!!! Not only is it a fun, safe, and quiet place, the owners are always adding improvements and beautiful landscaping! YES, The Woods is THE best!!!

10201 Broad River Rd, IrmoThis is a great new favorite place for me. The outdoor covered seating area is an awesome spot to relax and enjoy a great beverage. I'm a caramel latte guy and they do a great job every time. The folks that work there are always super nice and brighten my day.
This is a really well done local coffee shop. The menu is simple but has everything you would want. A lot of drinks that are unique to them that I personally haven't tried yet...but hear people rave about them while I am sitting there hanging out.
The line goes pretty quick if you are in a hurry.
I'm so glad I found them.

Lucky's Burger Shack
7811 Broad River Rd, IrmoThe burger was the main reason for coming in, and I went with the bacon cheeseburger with a side of onion rings. The patty had a good char on the outside, and the toppings were fresh without overpowering the beef. The onion rings were crispy and stayed that way through the meal. It’s a casual spot with a straightforward menu, but the kind of burger you can actually see yourself craving again.

7444 Broad River Rd, IrmoRecommend I try the hotdogs. I’ve been looking for a good one. I got the big dog sauerkraut basket. The fries were good. The hotdog was too salty and my bread was soaked and wet. I don’t like wet bread. Overall, I’ll give them another try, with a burger next time. Staff was very kind.

Craft and Draft Irmo
7583 St Andrews Rd, IrmoRecently visited Craft and Draft for the chamber music concert that they hosted. We were impressed by the service and helpfulness of the bartender when we chose our beers from a VAST selection of drafts and bottles. Our food arrived quickly and was well prepared. Parking was easy and free, as it's located in a strip mall not far from the interstate. Next time we are in the Irmo area we will definitely return.

Starbucks Coffee Company
1245 Lake Murray Blvd, IrmoI ordered my favorite peach green tea and a snowman cookie! The tea refreshing and of course the cookie delicious. The store was clean and atmosphere electric. The cashier was friendly and very helpful with my purchase.
