“Most people don't look forward to going to the bank, but I do! I don't have a lot of opportunity to use the teller staff, but when I do, I've never had a problem. But the branch manager and the office staff are over the top! Over the past couple of weeks, I've had the pleasure of working with DeShawn and Ryan on a few occasions, and a couple of others whose names I didn't get. These guys, and ALL the people in the area greeting you while you are waiting to see bank personnel, really raise the bar for customer service.
