“I have multiple accounts with PCFCU, when they released the new app there was an issue with edeposits going on hold for 5 business days. Initially, my concerns went unaddressed( i think i spoke with the wrong people, but they should have redirected me to someone that could help). But, when Marcus found out about the issues i was experiencing, he made things happen and made the necessary changes to regain me as a customer to the bank. That is the type of relationship I value. Small businesses are essential to the economy and banking system and Marcus understood that. Thank you Marcus.”

Within minutes the manager came out, lead us back to his office and answered all of our questions as well as opening an account for us. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Told us how to go to digital banking also. We’ve been with FBC going on 54yrs and this branch stands at the top of our list!”

“After getting nowhere with the branch closest to my home, I reached out to the West Columbia branch for help in opening a new account for my daughter headed to college in the fall. Judy was incredibly helpful and the process was very easy. thought it was only the Lexington big branch but I am finding West Columbia just as unresponsive and slow. Beginning to see the bank does not care about customers
