“After getting nowhere with the branch closest to my home, I reached out to the West Columbia branch for help in opening a new account for my daughter headed to college in the fall. Judy was incredibly helpful and the process was very easy. Due to the Covid precautions, the lobbies are closed but we were able to call to get the account established and then work on signing the paperwork via the drive thru tubes. Thank you so much, Judy!”
