“I recently had body work done on my car at Regency Collision and would rate them at 4.6 out of 5. The scheduling, communication, explanations of insurance process and staff interactions were stellar at 5! The completed body work looks great! I rate at 4.6 as I was not completely satisfied with cleaning of the inside and outside of the car and there was confusion in regard to specifics of the work process. I do believe that there was an oversight and the final trim prep was not reviewed before I was called to pick up the car which certainly can happen during the busy holiday season.I have used this business previously and had no issues so I returned. Overall great experience, completed body work looks great and delightful staff. Would not hesitate to recommend!”

“The best experience EVER! My door handle came right off my car and I ordered one from Amazon that needed to be painted. Adam gave me the estimate (which was very elevated) and then told me to go to Toyota directly because I could buy one already painted (my weird black color) and come back and he would install it. I went right over to Toyota and low and behold they had one in stock. I went back and sure enough Adam himself installed it!!!!!! He couldn’t have been nicer and more helpful. “I had a great experience here and Dwight was super nice and helpful! I had hit my antenna cover on the garage door because I didn't wait long enough for it to open. I ended up denting the roof a bit so that the replacement cover couldn't sit properly. Dwight was able to repair all the damages no problem! I did an online quote, but it was hard to see the true damage in the pictures so I took it in for him to check since I didn't live too far. He then scheduled me the following week for him to fix it. He was able to repair it in a few hours. I have no complaints with my experience here and recommend to anyone that needs a repair!”
