I had an excellent experience with Jeff's. I brought my car in for an estimate and Jeff provided a time frame and $ amount.
I dropped my car off and a week later Jeff finished the job. What Jeff quoted was exactly what I paid.
The process went exactly how I expected and I hope it would. He was able to take care of my car even though I didn't have an insurance claim.

“I have never had a good experience with an auto body shop until I brought my car to Caliber Collision! I have nothing but good things to say about everyone there and my experience with them, they deserve a 10/10. Everyone was very communicative from start to finish, I fully understood what was being done to my vehicle. They even provided me an update each day the vehicle was in their possession. I got my vehicle back well before the date they said all of the work would be completed. I asked them for a couple other quotes and will definitely be bringing my vehicle back to them very soon in the future for other work! “I had gotten into a fender bender with someone and was recommended Classic Collision and from now on, I’m going to recommend them too.
They were respectful, knowledgeable, communicative, and professional in every step of the service. When I originally had brought the car in the gentleman behind the counter, Bailey, let me know he would have the teardown done the same day and get parts ordered ASAP. The parts took a minute (as to be expected), but when I got the car back it was in a better condition overall than when I turned it in.
They’ve done a great job with the paint and headlight replacement, and even washed the car! If you ever get into an accident or need body work, call these guys first. Their shop is a little tough to get to but it’s beyond worth it.”
“I recently took my BMW to Pro Tek Auto Refinishing to repair UV damage and yellowing on my carbon fiber roof from the SC sun. Finding an honest and quality shop can be difficult, so but they came highly recommended by the guys at European Road & Racing who work on a lot of BMWs. On top of that, I came across a service advisor and a really knowledgeable and avid M3 owner who highly recommended Pro Tek.
I met with KJ who explained his experience with carbon fiber roofs, walked me through the process and he indicated that he only uses high-quality 2K clearcoat brands (which is important and consistent with what I’d read on various auto body forums as it provides more hardness, longer durability and UV inhibitors than 1K to protect against scratches and sun damage).
I was really amazed with the results when I picked up the car; the roof looks brand new!! It’s clear that this is a honest, family-run business where they treat you and your car with respect and the pricing was very fair. For anyone in the Charleston area looking for a trustworthy and expert body shop, Pro Tek Auto Refinishing is the place to go!”

“Someone hit me but not too bad just a little dent, some scratches and the click for when I opened the door sounded off…I was referred to Kings Auto spoke with Mario that day went by to get an estimate dropped it off 2 day’s later. We went through a hurricane, he moved and I still got my truck back in less than 30 days! He was very professional throughout the process and super friendly, also very reasonable.
