Good selection of products but the employees don't seem to have any information about their other store location like the address or location

We had a in-store pickup order tomorrow 11/23 would’ve been the last day to pickup. My husband went to go pickup his order today and they already sold it to someone else. I have never had this happen to me in my 28 years of living and I am a frequent online shopper. Run don’t walk away from this store location.

Called in to set my appointment to pick up my shoes from a raffle and a female told me that they dont do those when clearly on the app it says you guys do. Rude and disrespectful just for some jordans.
