This team turned what could have been a routine visit into an experience I will truly never forget.
Lisa, Tee Tee, and Keonte are an absolute DREAM TEAM. Each of them brought something special to the table, and together they created an environment that was welcoming, stress-free, and honestly… joyful.
Lisa was AMAZING — friendly, reassuring, and so easy to talk to. She has that rare ability to make you feel instantly comfortable, like you’re being helped by someone you’ve known for years. Her attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile did not go unnoticed.
Tee Tee brought such positive energy and kindness to the entire experience. She was upbeat, attentive, and genuinely invested in making sure everything went perfectly. The vibes were immaculate because of her — truly a ray of sunshine.

“Just want to take a minute to thank Asia (and Norman for his support too) for spending 2 hours with me to help me get my new phone replacement activated!
I had received a phone replacement from Assurant phone insurance, and the replacement phone from the insurance company had issues getting activated due to a technical glitch on the device.
Asia was super helpful, kind, and knowledgeable, and stuck through the process of going back and forth with overseas tech support. She tried again and again, and never gave up, and finally got my new replacement phone working again.

“Had the best experience at TMobile yesterday. I walked-in and was taken care of by Makiah Shenay. I got a new phone for Christmas and was apprehensive about transferring the phone number and my Mum’s older phone number over due to past responses of different answers, hoops to jump through, PIN numbers, phone call verifications from not being the administrator for the family plan. Thanks to Makiah’s professionalism, patience, and knowledge, it was an easygoing process that prevented distress. Makiah did an exceptional job addressing customers and checking them in to ensure the wait times weren’t as lengthy. Very appreciative of this pleasant customer service and relieved I didn’t have to change carriers!”
