“Bray was absolutely fantastic!!! I came in looking to upgrade my phone and left with a new phone, a new watch and 2 more new phones from bringing my family members over from Verizon. He showed us how it was more cost effective due to being on an old plan and now we’re paying $50 less per month than we were previously!! I highly recommend Bray to anyone looking to switch. “I had the best experience here today. I was greeted by THE nicest team and had the most knowledgeable member (Brian) helping me. I was in the store for several hours (no fault of theirs) and they never once grew tired of me and they were constantly checking on me to see if they could be of any help. I was there from the hours of 12:30 to 3:30 and not once did anyone take a break to eat or rest! The store was a revolving door of customers in need of help and they kept the lines moving with smiles on their faces. I came to this store to resolve an issue that my daughter was having with her phone and it was closest to her but I will forever drive the two hours if I ever need in-person help with anything of mine. It would be totally worth it! Thanks to the West Ashley Crew!”

“AT&T wouldn’t let me transfer from a wireless account to a prepaid plan without switching my number. I’ve been with AT&T for over 25 years. I’ve never changed carriers. I called AT&T, Cricket and had multiple chat calls. I had 2 exceptional women help me. This review is regarding Nicole at the Cricket store in West Ashley on Sam Rittenberg.
Nicole answered all my questions and got me up and running for my 14 day trial.
Knowing I can call Nicole going forward I’m pretty sure I’ll continue with Cricket.

This team turned what could have been a routine visit into an experience I will truly never forget.

Lisa, Tee Tee, and Keonte are an absolute DREAM TEAM. Each of them brought something special to the table, and together they created an environment that was welcoming, stress-free, and honestly… joyful.

Lisa was AMAZING — friendly, reassuring, and so easy to talk to. She has that rare ability to make you feel instantly comfortable, like you’re being helped by someone you’ve known for years. Her attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile did not go unnoticed.

Tee Tee brought such positive energy and kindness to the entire experience. She was upbeat, attentive, and genuinely invested in making sure everything went perfectly. The vibes were immaculate because of her — truly a ray of sunshine.

“The husband and wife that own this business are so kind and helpful. I took my phone there to have the screen replaced about a year ago. My screen stopped working again recently, so I assumed it was the same problem. I dropped my phone off to be sent out for another screen replacement. They called me to tell my phone just needed to be reset, so there was no charge. Besides being pleasant, they are also very honest! I love them, and I will not go anywhere else!”

“Much kudos to Ms Diana, who went out of her way tonite to help my daughter get her phone back online. My daughter had an issue of her phone stopped working concerning texts and emails. Come to find out after an hour that her Sim card was bad. So thru alot of patience and great nature on her behalf, Ms Diana helped us move our issue, helping to alive our fears that my college age daughter will not be able to co.municate with anyone, especially as she's traveling on the highway back and forth to home. Thank you Diana!!”

“The best place to buy appliances due to price matching and Geek Squad!!

First of all every time I come in the store there's always someone there to great me which is nice. Not only that, but it is really easy to find an employee within the store that will help answer questions and employees seem really knowledgeable!

I cannot speak more highly about the protection plan that comes with the appliances via geek squad. I will not buy appliances anywhere else from now on. I bought an LG fridge in 2023 and I purchased the five-year protection plan which seemed really expensive at the time.. come 2025 and the fridge started to have issues. It was so EASY and FAST to schedule a repair appointment. Naijah from Geek Squad was so nice and knowledgeable about fridge diagnostics. When it was deemed unrepairable due to manufacturing defect, Geek Squad/BestBuy replaced my fridge. They didn't punt anything off to the manufacturing company, they handled everything in house. The best part - communication was so easy and prompt (no excessive wait time while on phone with them). Really great experience! It is such that peace of mind that I can buy high end appliances and have protection for 5 years.”

“We went to Metro on Wednesday to look at and price iPhones. Was greeted by Develle (460 1/2 Meeting St, Charleston, SC 29403) who was very polite and knowledgeable about the phones I was interested in. On Thursday we went back because of all the information given about the iPhones. I upgraded from a Android Samsung Galaxy A02s to an iPhone11 ? Develle gave detailed instructions to how to transfer my google info to my iPhone/iCloud. I am highly satisfied with my purchase.”

I'm not sure what his name was, but a guy with a 5:00 shadow who looked like he should be on a surfboard not working in a Verizon store was so very helpful! “Had the best experience at TMobile yesterday. I walked-in and was taken care of by Makiah Shenay. I got a new phone for Christmas and was apprehensive about transferring the phone number and my Mum’s older phone number over due to past responses of different answers, hoops to jump through, PIN numbers, phone call verifications from not being the administrator for the family plan. Thanks to Makiah’s professionalism, patience, and knowledge, it was an easygoing process that prevented distress. Makiah did an exceptional job addressing customers and checking them in to ensure the wait times weren’t as lengthy. Very appreciative of this pleasant customer service and relieved I didn’t have to change carriers!”
