“Half the price of what others were charging.
Quick service. Driving home , i realized my Face ID was not working.
I was going out of town so I had to come back a week later.

Came back - He looked at my phone and said the phone must’ve been dropped There was nothing wrong with it.

He closed it back up- the Face ID is working, but not as it was before. I have to hold my face up very close to the screen. And sometimes it won’t work. Now it works 75% of the time. This was never an issue with my phone. He said it must’ve been dropped and has nothing to do with the screen. Absolutely, no way.”

“All of a sudden my phone went crazy. All kinds of flashing lights, bells & whistles went off. It was obvious that I pushed the wrong button or dropped it to many times. Thank goodness for the T-Mobile support team at Tanger outlets. They came to my rescue . With there 1 on 1 resourful help, I was able to upgrade to more advanced useful phone. I was impressed by the customer service, friendliness, knowledge & satisfaction. Kt helped in every way making sure all my data, apps & information was transferred. She gave a very educational lesson on my new phone opperations”

“After 19 years with Verizon, I had so many problems so I switched to AT&T. I called the store and spoke with Ana. She set an appointment with me so I had no wait when I arrived.

She is the absolute best sales person I have ever dealt with. I switched 3 phones over that day. She was knowledgeable and efficient. She made sure all phones were transferred and working before I left.

When I got home, I found that the phones had not completely switched over. She is a former Verizon employee so I called her and explained the issue. She got me on a 3 way call with Verizon to fix the issue. The Verizon agent was so confused that it took Ana an hour and a half to get the agent to understand the problem and fix it! Ana was so professional.

I would highly recommend asking for Ana if you are using AT&T services. Job we'll done, Ana!”

“AT&T wouldn’t let me transfer from a wireless account to a prepaid plan without switching my number. I’ve been with AT&T for over 25 years. I’ve never changed carriers. I called AT&T, Cricket and had multiple chat calls. I had 2 exceptional women help me. This review is regarding Nicole at the Cricket store in West Ashley on Sam Rittenberg.
Nicole answered all my questions and got me up and running for my 14 day trial.
Knowing I can call Nicole going forward I’m pretty sure I’ll continue with Cricket.

“When AT&T continues to hire people like Ty to represent the company, it keeps people like myself wanting to continue to have AT&T as their 1# phone and internet service. Ty is an expect at what she does and a professional. She was able to figure out the issue with my phone with no support or resolution from the AT&T tech that they are train to call. She maintained her bearing which keeps me claim and not frustrated with the AT&T tech. This company needs to continue to hire people like Ty because I believe she provides the customer service and skills this company promotes.”

“The husband and wife that own this business are so kind and helpful. I took my phone there to have the screen replaced about a year ago. My screen stopped working again recently, so I assumed it was the same problem. I dropped my phone off to be sent out for another screen replacement. They called me to tell my phone just needed to be reset, so there was no charge. Besides being pleasant, they are also very honest! I love them, and I will not go anywhere else!”

“I came in to the Folly Rd location earlier today to transfer two phone numbers out of an account that had recently been closed. Shane was terrific and helped me through the process both in-person and with the tmobile rep I was on the phone with as well. Was greeted by Develle (460 1/2 Meeting St, Charleston, SC 29403) who was very polite and knowledgeable about the phones I was interested in. On Thursday we went back because of all the information given about the iPhones. I upgraded from a Android Samsung Galaxy A02s to an iPhone11 ? Develle gave detailed instructions to how to transfer my google info to my iPhone/iCloud. I am highly satisfied with my purchase.”
