The facility is sound, easy to come and go, they provide good equipment and great functional space. I like being able to set up my rental online and auto pay. Since I keep changing my mind or my needs keep fluctuating, I have a lot of interaction with the customer service team. I have never been disappointed, and they have always been more than they need to be! I am definitely a raving fan!”

I noticed that this location was within a mile from my home so I went into the office and asked if I would be able to transfer. The lady was so nice and not only helped me get the unit I needed but she also got it for me at a better price.”

“Parker was lovely! Walked us all around the property and helped us pick our the perfect spot for our rig. Property itself is paved, spacious, gated, monitored by cameras, and all the leaves were being blown off property while we were there. Parker let us know that they do endeavor to keep the property very clean. A great experience and we are so happy to have found a new home for our "stuff"!”

“The price in the end was higher than I'd hope; due to have to go up in size since the door on the unit I had rented was broken, when I arrived today to get things going. However I found Leanne and she jumped right on getting me setup in another unit. She was extremely helpful, kind and a very welcoming personality. She seems like a gem to have as part of the company!”

“Naseem is very helpful. He is joy to talk with. Great customer service. We talked several times about my reservation and prices for different storage sizes. He works at more than 1 location. I scheduled my move in date for a day he was on location. I wish he was at Savannah Hwy full time.
The grounds are very clean. I have not seen anyone that doesn't belong in the complex.
I was disappointed somehow the unit and price on my reservation was no longer available. I don't blame Naseem as he was not there everyday.”
