“First of all when I call to ask questions on April 13th 2026 @5pm. the gentleman that answered the phone name was Ben. Mr Ben answered all my questions clearly in a timely manner. When I arrive to the store Mr Ben was very nice and friendly and courteous. Mr Ben explained all of my options and was very patient even though I could not remember my 4 digit PIN right away. Mr Ben took his time and explain everything to me in detail so that even I can understand it. Every time I come into this store I'm always treated with super friendly service. “Donte, rep at the ATT Store of Sandhills, Columbia SC was very kind, patient and professional in helping an elderly lady I had accompanied for assistance with her new phone (Mon 5/4/26). He had to explain everything to her many times before she understood that her very old phone will no longer function and that her new phone had been activated and ready to use. I could tell that Donte (unsure of last name) is a very knowledgeable and well-trained ATT employee. He is also a young man who is obviously kind-hearted and willing to go above and beyond to help someone. Donte would be a good person to train others in how to handle difficult customers.

“We’ve been customers with Verizon for over 25 years. The Verizon service at the Killian Road store is top notch! We worked with Caitlin to upgrade three phones and add a fourth line for our daughter as a surprise birthday gift. She was so patient and answered all of our questions. We can’t think her enough for being so warm and welcoming and making sure we were all set! We will definitely be back to visit her for our next Verizon service! Thank you an again, Caitlin!
