Earlier in the week , I visited another location in northeast Columbia was there for over 15 minutes and was never greeted by any staff. Tay the store manager, along with his colleagues Tamika and Tonya were super friendly, patient, and extremely helpful in getting my physical sim card from my completely dead old phone transferred to an esim on my new phone. “Donte, rep at the ATT Store of Sandhills, Columbia SC was very kind, patient and professional in helping an elderly lady I had accompanied for assistance with her new phone (Mon 5/4/26). He had to explain everything to her many times before she understood that her very old phone will no longer function and that her new phone had been activated and ready to use. I could tell that Donte (unsure of last name) is a very knowledgeable and well-trained ATT employee. He is also a young man who is obviously kind-hearted and willing to go above and beyond to help someone. Donte would be a good person to train others in how to handle difficult customers.

“I went to this AT&T store because it seemed to have the best reviews. I can see why. Adrian - the young lady, not to be confused with the gentleman with the same name, although I am sure he is good too - was very patient and thorough when dealing with me. I know I wasn't her easiest customer, as I was indecisive and kept changing my mind. She took her time and made sure I had everything I wanted, and transferred all the data from my old phone to my new one (Samsung S26 Ultra.) We worked with Caitlin to upgrade three phones and add a fourth line for our daughter as a surprise birthday gift. She was so patient and answered all of our questions. “I went into the store expecting the process of upgrading or trading a phone to be at least an hour. In fact, I can honestly say I was dreading it due to my previous experiences. However this time was much different. I had zero wait. Crystal was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient. She answered all of our questions with each. She was professional throughout. I was in and out of the store with new phone in hand in 20 minutes max. I highly recommend crystal and the Killian Rd. store.”
