“First of all when I call to ask questions on April 13th 2026 @5pm. the gentleman that answered the phone name was Ben. Mr Ben answered all my questions clearly in a timely manner. When I arrive to the store Mr Ben was very nice and friendly and courteous. Mr Ben explained all of my options and was very patient even though I could not remember my 4 digit PIN right away. Mr Ben took his time and explain everything to me in detail so that even I can understand it. Every time I come into this store I'm always treated with super friendly service. “We went to this AT&T after leaving another one that was not helpful. Noah was our representative and he was wonderful. I previously worked for AT&T so I know some of my issues were not necessarily some he even had to help with but he went beyond my expectations. I asked him specific questions about certain procedures that I was previously able to do and although we were unable to do them, he answered so nicely and took the time to explain everything. Noah was definitely a 10/10 employee. Side note- the manager was faced with a difficult situation and kept his composure so professionally, I was very impressed with everyone in this store.”
