“I had a fantastic experience here this week. First with Aaron who reviewed my account and saved me over $600. I was able to get my new phone with data transferred with the new phone working flawlessly. He mentioned my wife’s old phone could also be traded on promotion and to come back. When I did later in the week, Aaron was out but Darnel helped me and again I experienced exceptional customer service. I received thorough step by step details including estimated cost and future billing. He set up my wife’s phone and we are not experiencing any issues. I had zero wait time both trips and I think in a time where many wonder in general where customer services has gone, I can tell you I found it at Cellular Sale. This is a positive business for Forest Acres.”

First and foremost, I can’t say enough about Mr. Quincy. Between the two Verizon stores it’s like night and day! Mr. Quincy greeted me as soon as I entered Verizon, I did not feel rushed, or felt like the priority was selling a cell phone plan for a quick buck! He answered all of my questions and concerns, and explained what my current plan still offered. If I ever need anything from Verizon, this location and Mr. Quincy is where I’ll be going to. Maddy was so patient taking her time to show and explain all options to me, including Verizon services and pricing, while making sure I understood everything. I left with an iPhone 15 (with everything transferred from my old phone) and a more comprehensive data plan confident in my decision and in my knowledge of the new phone. “I typically avoid privately owned stores tending to stick to corporate AT&T stores as they typically have more capabilities.However, when a phone order I made online but looked for help at my usual corporate store, they told me they would not help me and that I needed to deal with the problem on my own with customer support over the phone.Dante was very talented and comprehensive in his knowledge of the AT&T system. He was incredibly helpful in getting my new phone activated before a trip to Montana.The store is nice if not small but still has a lot of accessories on hand. It's nice to have a phone store right around the corner and I'll be trying to drop by here in the future with any new issues.”

“Having the death of a loved one, is hard enough, but dealing with returning their phone to AT&T is a nightmare. The store at Cross Hill was wonderful in initially helping us get information on the deceased account. They got customer service and they were supposed to send a return phone kit, but the kit never arrived. AT&T sent the account to collections. After talking to eight representatives, five people and three chats, we were told to return the phone to a store. Belen Nuno was wonderful trying to help. She was very professional, understanding, and patient. She was dealing with a very frustrated and upset customer. Even though, she was not able to resolve the issue she did figure out what was happening . A huge thanks again to Belen Nune and the associate Amber for their patience. But, as I told them, I hope they never have a relative that dies that has an AT&T phone. The corporate is impossible to deal with.”
