“First of all when I call to ask questions on April 13th 2026 @5pm. the gentleman that answered the phone name was Ben. Mr Ben answered all my questions clearly in a timely manner. When I arrive to the store Mr Ben was very nice and friendly and courteous. Mr Ben explained all of my options and was very patient even though I could not remember my 4 digit PIN right away. Mr Ben took his time and explain everything to me in detail so that even I can understand it. Every time I come into this store I'm always treated with super friendly service. No matter who's behind the register. I look forward to coming back there again to do all of my transactions and anything else that has anything to do with cell phone service. “Clay with NuWay Telecom was phenomenal in helping our business make the big switch from At&t copper landlines to wireless VOIP which ultimately cut our commercial phone bill about 70% while keeping all of our original numbers.
Clay made several trips to Eastover from the initial visit to come look in person to make sure he was providing an accurate quote (no strings attached), to the final visit to make sure everything was set up and running properly. We could have probably just set up the equipment ourselves as it was shipped directly to us (and that's how other competitors operate), but Clay took the time to come out to set everything up himself.
We've been using the new VOIP system the last several months and could not be happier with the switch. So glad we found Clay when we did as he is local, responsive and honest.”

“I’am so happy with this stores manager. I was gracious to have manager Marion help with a on going issue I have been having with my account. This issue has caused my whole line to be suspended for a week and a half. And almost had to pay over a thousand in a phone that was turned in. I was so frustrated and was ready to go to another phone carrier after being with Verizon for over 14 plus years . The service I have gotten with Verizon customer care time was horrible and was ready to give up on all services. Until I came to Mr.Marion and was able to go into to my account and quickly find address the issue I was having even when the tech and Verizon care team couldn’t. He was able to help even with the reps was giving us a hard time on the phone. Although that had us on the phone for almost two hours. He was able to get everything resolved and my line restored!
