“A small but efficient running shoe store. The employee, Carter, was knowledgeable on brands, styles, customers foot placement while walking to recommend the corrective pair of shoes for them. He was also cool to talk to. If you live in the local Columbia area and want to get serious about running, go to this store. The prices are comparable and you won't be disappointed with the selection.”

“I got referred from a friend to check this archery shop out. Just getting into archery I bought a preowned crossbow online and wanted to get to know about it how to shoot it how to maintain it all in and outs etc.. They opened up at 11 I mainly was just expecting to make sure my bow was in good shape and give me some pointers however I got taken back to the archery lane immediately and started coaching me and was zeroed in a 20 yards in just minutes. They also caught the fact the wrong broad head was in one of these arrows and they made that correction For me as well and led me to some supplies that I would need today and perhaps in the future so that I have a sound bow and have a confidence in Hunting. Wayne was phenomenal and so were the rest of the guys very knowledgeable to deal with and humble when explaining”

“Play It Again Sports absolutely blew me away. They realized they had underpaid me by $100 and actually came out to the parking lot to find me and make it right. They printed a new check on the spot and were incredibly kind through the whole thing. I only regret that I didn’t get the young man’s name — he deserves major recognition for his honesty and professionalism. This store has earned my trust for good.”

“This place is what you would expect from a top tier business. The work ethic and honesty can't be matched anywhere else. These people won't force you to buy something you don't want , instead they will give you honest opinions. The work they did to my boat speaks for itself. If I could give 10 stars I would. I'm very happy with this place and will continue to come here for all of my boating needs.”

“Blown away by the new location on Gervais Street. We're alumni from Florida who stop in every time we're in Columbia and had been used to the somewhat cramped location on Assembly Street. This new place is unbelievable -- a veritable never-ending warehouse of Gamecock gear. Amazing.”

“Doc fit me for irons a few years ago and more recently for the top end of my bag (driver, fairway woods, hybrid). I find the amount of club and shaft options available these days to be overwhelming. When you couple that with the high cost of clubs these days and the barrage of marketing claims made by the club manufacturers, buying golf clubs can be anxiety inducing. That's where Doc Griffin comes in. Doc has a wealth of knowledge and gives you simple, pragmatic advice on equipment. He also doesn't push you to buy anything, and he has told me on several occasions that he didn't see a need to change a particular club. You are not going to find that level of honesty and integrity with most fitters or golf shops! Doc deals primarily with Callaway, but he can order you whatever you want from any manufacturer. He is also a fantastic teacher and has given me some great swing tips and instruction over the years. Columbia is lucky to have such an experienced professional, and his new location downtown is a great place for a fitting or a lesson. Highly recommend.”

“Sucks that the employees can’t work because of an electrical problem and that customer service from the company has nothing to do with the customer service given at this store. Stop being cranky (Steve) and do research before you set out for a certain store. Emergencies and accidents happen.”

“Our 15 year old home treadmill was showing an “elevation error” and it was something I couldn’t fix on my own. I called and left a voicemail and was called back the next day, scheduling an appointment the early the following week. The repairman was on time and he got right to work and had the issue fixed within 1/2 hour. With it being the beginning of the new year I thought it was going to take forever to get fixed so the whole process was less than a week and the cost was VERY reasonable. I highly recommend this company for personal fitness equipment repairs.”

“My daughter and I had a great experience at this store today. When checking out, Sam explained the process to get enrolled in the FX program and how to accumulate points. She also pointed out the survey at the bottom of the receipt to complete. I had just been to footlocker at the other side of the mall that has the FX program and was not offered to enroll and missed out on a lot of points. She suggested I call the customer service to see if they could assist since I didn’t have the time to go back to return and repurchase the shoes. She was an absolute delight and took her time to explain everything. Thank you Sam for your outstanding service!”

I wish that I could afford to stock my closet with their stuff (Lol), but I’ll still be back to grab a few items when I can, and add a few more to the Christmas list! Would recommend!”
