“A small but efficient running shoe store. The employee, Carter, was knowledgeable on brands, styles, customers foot placement while walking to recommend the corrective pair of shoes for them. He was also cool to talk to.

“Play It Again Sports absolutely blew me away. They realized they had underpaid me by $100 and actually came out to the parking lot to find me and make it right. They printed a new check on the spot and were incredibly kind through the whole thing. I only regret that I didn’t get the young man’s name — he deserves major recognition for his honesty and professionalism. This store has earned my trust for good.”

“Doc fit me for irons a few years ago and more recently for the top end of my bag (driver, fairway woods, hybrid). I find the amount of club and shaft options available these days to be overwhelming. When you couple that with the high cost of clubs these days and the barrage of marketing claims made by the club manufacturers, buying golf clubs can be anxiety inducing. That's where Doc Griffin comes in. Doc has a wealth of knowledge and gives you simple, pragmatic advice on equipment. He also doesn't push you to buy anything, and he has told me on several occasions that he didn't see a need to change a particular club. You are not going to find that level of honesty and integrity with most fitters or golf shops! Doc deals primarily with Callaway, but he can order you whatever you want from any manufacturer. He is also a fantastic teacher and has given me some great swing tips and instruction over the years. Columbia is lucky to have such an experienced professional, and his new location downtown is a great place for a fitting or a lesson. Highly recommend.”
“Addam’s is such a great place to grab any and every Gamecock item that you can think of, and I really liked how diverse their selection of merchandise was. In particular, they probably have the best selection of Gamecock hats that I’ve seen out of all the places I’ve been, and I really enjoyed perusing all the different designs. I also liked their selection of home accessories, decals, and other miscellaneous items such as golf covers and foam fingers. Finally, the one (1) employee that I interacted with was extremely nice and provided excellent customer service.
The only complaint that I have about Addam’s is that all of the merchandise was extremely expensive and is probably not affordable for a lot of Gamecock fans. I understand that they have a target demographic and need to make a profit, but it would be nice if it was a little bit more affordable and thus accessible to a larger percentage of the fanbase.”
“Our 15 year old home treadmill was showing an “elevation error” and it was something I couldn’t fix on my own. I called and left a voicemail and was called back the next day, scheduling an appointment the early the following week. The repairman was on time and he got right to work and had the issue fixed within 1/2 hour. With it being the beginning of the new year I thought it was going to take forever to get fixed so the whole process was less than a week and the cost was VERY reasonable. I highly recommend this company for personal fitness equipment repairs.”

“My daughter and I had a great experience at this store today. When checking out, Sam explained the process to get enrolled in the FX program and how to accumulate points. She also pointed out the survey at the bottom of the receipt to complete. I had just been to footlocker at the other side of the mall that has the FX program and was not offered to enroll and missed out on a lot of points. She suggested I call the customer service to see if they could assist since I didn’t have the time to go back to return and repurchase the shoes. She was an absolute delight and took her time to explain everything. Thank you Sam for your outstanding service!”

He took his time, listened to my concerns, and let me try on multiple pairs without rushing me. He was both knowledgeable and kind, making the whole process much easier and more comfortable. “My friend and I went there to purchase a Sig Sauer 22 semi-automatic. We went to sportsman's Warehouse first. Then we went to palmetto State armory and palmetto State armory didn't have very much in stock as far as semi-automatic .22. We came back to sportsman's Warehouse and he purchased his pistol and it's nice that they give a veterans discount. They guy that waited on us was very nice and was able to answer any questions we had. I've had a very good experiences as Sportsmans Warehouse and I can continue to enjoy it.”
