“Erin, was the sweetest lady, one of the leasing agents, she gave us a tour of the complex. We were in the process of searching for a newer apartment complex that we would love to call home. Definitely recommend checking out this apartment complex in Mount Pleasant! So glad we got approved and will be moving into this complex this summer, 2024. It is a beautiful layout, very welcoming, fits our wishlist for a home and close to all things in Mount Pleasant and not far from downtown Charleston, Isle of Palms and Sullivans Island, and Shem Creek.”
“I have been living at the guild for four months now and cant recommend it enough! The building’s team, Jesse, Tyler, Sean and Caroline are all so kind and helpful. We recently got a dog and it has been a great place for him to live and socialize as well.”

“Even though we didn't end up moving here, the management was VERY nice and helpful back when we were considering this place. The only reason why we didn't move here is because there was another place that was able to get us in sooner and we had been living in a hotel for a few days so we chose the other place instead but I HIGHLY recommend anyone looking for an apartment to consider this place! :)”
“We lived here from 2020-2023 and absolutely loved it! The location is perfect, the pool and gym are great and the apartment does a lot of fun activities for residents. Everyone that works here does such a great job of keeping up the grounds and it truly feels like luxury. Laura and Toni in the office are wonderful and so responsive. We are sad to leave and will miss Aspire so much!”
“I was 100% satisfied with my two years at Runaway Bay. The location is incredibly convenient: 15 mins to downtown one way and the beach the other! I always felt safe walking/running to the Ravenel Bridge, Waterfront Park, the I'On Neighborhood, and around the trails in the complex. I also enjoyed the pool during the summer.My second floor, 1BR unit had beautiful vaulted ceilings and I loved sitting on my screened-porch. The community is quiet and my neighbors were always friendly.Maintenance was always responsive and helpful. One time my AC broke after hours, and someone was there within the hour.While the finishes may be a bit more dated than in newer apartment communities, it never bothered me. 10/10 would recommend!”
“I haven’t lived in an apartment in many years and wasn’t sure what to expect. The Islands exceeded any expectations I had. The location is perfect too. The apartment is well suited to what I need. The office staff are wonderful and they and maintenance are extremely responsive. I love the pool in the summer. Have made lots of friends here and am delighted with my experience here . I would highly recommend to anyone!”
“I think this is great . I’m just not a great person with the phone, I miss phone calls, emails texts etc. I’m in that older category, n late n behind in technology now lost it- but I still think it’s great!!”

“From living in many many apartments all over the States, this has become one of our favorite properties!1. The staff here are so so kind and treat you with respect and almost like family/friend, and are always here for any of your needs/requests/assistance2. The property/apartments themselves are top notch and are so beautiful and very up to date, I don’t feel like I live in an apartment that is old, outdated and ugly - it is so nice that I actually feel like I’m living in my own home3. The price range is amazing/very reasonable, we are so blessed to live here and to have a 3 bedroom apartment, where anywhere else it would cost 6-8k maybe even more3. It is so nice to live near everything and to see so much more development happen around this area.We are possibly planning on moving but honestly because of Paxton Point we don’t want to move we love it here so so much!!!”

“Living at Patriots Place has always been great , The staff in the office was always there to help in a timley matter wheater i email them or call. Maintence was always quick hen i had issues. This was our first home in Charleston together and this place has many memeories we will be able to grow from. Lorrissa and Cindy are awesome and i hope our next place is has a great staff just like you both. Thanks for everything as we will venture to Charlotte in a few more months. “I'm terrible when it comes to plumbing and I had a huge puddle of water backed up onto my kitchen floor all of a sudden. The really bad part was it was a Sunday night. From the time I called the number to the time Johnathan in maintenance showed up to fix it could not have been more than 5 minutes! He did a great job, quick and clean! I rate service by how good someone is in a pinch and this was 5 stars for sure.”
