“I was 100% satisfied with my two years at Runaway Bay. The location is incredibly convenient: 15 mins to downtown one way and the beach the other! I always felt safe walking/running to the Ravenel Bridge, Waterfront Park, the I'On Neighborhood, and around the trails in the complex. I also enjoyed the pool during the summer.My second floor, 1BR unit had beautiful vaulted ceilings and I loved sitting on my screened-porch. The community is quiet and my neighbors were always friendly.Maintenance was always responsive and helpful. One time my AC broke after hours, and someone was there within the hour.While the finishes may be a bit more dated than in newer apartment communities, it never bothered me. 10/10 would recommend!”
“Moved here a day before Christmas Eve. Office staff Jay& Laura are so friendly and helpful! Experience was great from beginning to end. The apartment, gym, pool and club house are all very clean and nice. They keep the grounds clean and maintained very well! Quiet and peaceful environment. All my neighbors are so friendly. Close to everything as far as beach, parks and downtown as well as shopping. Price is fair for the comparable apartments in this area especially! Highly recommended!”

“Hello! I was apartment shopping for my sister, again, she is moving to the area. We flew in and definitely didn’t plan out the visit well so just did a drop in. We had a great tour and the community seemed well kept. It was honestly the best tour we had during our 3 day visit. My sister hasn’t made a decision yet but I’m pushing for the Boulevard.”

The office staff are wonderful and they and maintenance are extremely responsive. I love the pool in the summer. Have made lots of friends here and am delighted with my experience here . I would highly recommend to anyone!”
“I have been trying to get out of my lease at 61 Vandy for almost two months, and the entire experience has been a nightmare. What’s worse than the situation itself is how I’ve been treated — or rather, ignored. It honestly feels like they go out of their way not to answer you. I’ve left countless messages, emails, and calls — all met with silence. When they do finally reply, it’s vague or contradictory.”

“We had an exceptional experience at 400 Meeting in Charleston, SC, this summer. From the moment we arrived, Adam (the leasing manager) and Jayme (the property manager) were invaluable. The apartment layout was perfect for our son, with a private bathroom connected to the bedroom, parking, and great amenities like the gym and pool. The location near downtown was ideal! Adam quickly resolved any minor issues - his responsiveness was especially impressive, and he was incredibly helpful throughout our son's stay. If you’re looking for a rental unit for your college student, we highly recommend 400 Meeting. It’s a well-managed, convenient, and welcoming place to call home! And an added bonus, Big Bad Restaurant is right around the corner and so good!”

“We've been at Wharf 7 for a little over a month and half and really love it. Our apartment is spacious, updated, and we've had no issues at all. Josh, the leasing consultant, took us on our tour back in August, helped us through the entire application process, and made moving across the country as stress-free as it could be. The grounds are beautifully maintained, and the amenities on-site are wonderful. We're looking forward to utilizing the pool once the weather warms up!”

“We lived at Middleton Cove for 6 years, and it was the best apartment experience I've had. The office staff is very friendly, and they were always willing to work with me if anything weird popped up (which it rarely did). The maintenance staff is phenomenal- they always responded to my requests within 24 hours, and when they came, they actually fixed what needed to be fixed. I always recommend Middleton Cove when people ask me about apartment complexes in Charleston/West Ashley.”
