When I took her in everyone in the office was so nice and professional. The way you approach people may be why you got the response you received. If you want respect you have to give it. If you approach someone with kindness you'll receive it back. But go in acting like a bull you'll end up getting the horns. Treat people the way you expect to be treated and you won't have a problem

1223 Pine St, ElginI would highly recommend the animal hospital ! Dr Rindhart and his lovely staff were all very helpful and kind when I had to come in to put my fur baby down last week ! Then surprised with a paw print mailed to me and framed with a sympathy card also . Their kindness will not be forgotten ! ❤️
