“I am the type of person that usually avoids Walmart at all costs, but today three kind pharmacy workers might have changed my mind.
I did not have a choice when CVS was out of my child’s medication. I chose to transfer it to this pharmacy because I have had success with their supply before and the pharmacist said over the phone they had it in stock. Also, very impressed I was to be able to speak with a real person over the phone when needed, not a robot and a voicemail.
Not only did they call CVS twice within an hour of close to ensure the prescription would transfer, but they stayed after their shift to ensure my baby got his medication the same day and filled the prescription. And did all of this with smiles on their faces.
Thank you so much to Lauryn, Catera, and Richard at the Walmart Pharmacy for making this mom’s job easier and making sure my sick baby had his medicine!”

As most others I've used are run like a vicious ridged in-and out monopoly where you are just a number, this one offers small-town-like friendliness and will actual call you by a remembered name. I say kudos for a job well-done and they always go the extra mile!”
“I use this Walgreens for everything! The app is so easy to navigate. They also always have some kind of specials on photo's. I'm always getting these cute photo books made that would normally cost $30 and I get them for $10. They run so many specials on everything! You got to try them out!! Staff there is great also!”

“Called Lancaster Walmart 8 times today. 7 of the 8 I was picked up and hung up on. The last someone actually asked me to hold but I hung up at the 17 minute mark of holding. Camden is closer to my home but I called Lancaster as my husband could pick it up otw home from work. After call #8, I called Camden Walmart Pharmacy.Camden Walmart pharmacy got it taken care of within 5 minutes! They answered my call, were very kind and professional as well! They pulled the Rx, checked their stock, got the insurance ran and gave me a very reasonable time for when they’d have it ready. Huge thank you to them as I’m extremely sick and the medication is necessary for me to keep any liquids and/or solids down. THANKFUL they cared more than Lancaster as I’ve had a very tough few weeks being so sick. This little bit of care and kindness made a bigger difference in a customers life than they know.”

“I only shop here for prescription medications; so my experience is limited to going into the store to the Pharmacy Department.
The Pharmacy Dept here is ridiculously understaffed. Every time I have been here the pharmacy is incredibly busy. The pharmacist and pharmacy techs are constantly on the phone, or filling scripts; there is NEVER more than one person at the pick-up counter; and the person handling pick-ups is supposed to be able to handle BOTH the drive-up window, AND the in-store counter at the same time. I cannot imagine what “corporate genius” decided this is a good idea! However, I think it would be really enlightening for that person to spend 20 to 30 minutes in line in the store trying to pick up a prescribed medication while the one clerk at the pick-up counter is trying to serve customers waiting both inside the store and outside the store. Absolutely ridiculous!”

That’s probably the majority of people on here who leave negative reviews as well, I’ve never had trouble with anyone who works here. They are very polite and work in a timely manner.
