“My daughter left her purse in a cart and we didn’t realize till maybe 40 minutes after we left. We called and a lady answered and stated she did find it and held on to it till we could cone back to grab it. Her name was Mickey I believe but I appreciated how kind she was to hold my daughter’s purse and how interactive she was with me and my daughter. I truly felt like she went above and beyond for us. We always get amazing people here who help us!”
“Stop by Kohl’S today with my wife to look around for some new shirts for myself. This is usually a good time for purchasing year end winter clothing. I found some really good deals on men’s clothing. I’m in the big and tall category so finding the perfect size is hard. Nice selection of very good quality of men’s stuff that was reduced to a very reasonable price. The lady at the checkout counter was very friendly and helped me find everything I was looking for. “I think they have great plus size dress options. Nice shoe section for women's 11-13. The rest of the plus size section for me is lacking but I'm 6 foot so I struggle in most shops. Staff have always been as quick as they could be and pleasant. Definitely like to pop in every once in awhile to see what they've got.”
“I was in Belk on Monday afternoon, March 17, 2026, shopping at the perfume counter. I met Shaniqa, sales associate. She assisted me very well with patience, knowledgeable and professional. She did’t rush me or made me feel uncomfortable while shopping and testing perfumes. We need more sales associates like Shaniqa at Belk Department Store, Florence, SC.”

Every aisle I walked down, any time there was an employee nearby, they offered assistance without me even having to ask. It’s rare these days to see a team so attentive and willing to help. “This store is beyond exceptional! Great prices and great quality of merchandise! I get everything here! Much cheaper than department stores that are going out of business being that people can’t afford them for the most part. I get my clothes here, my nieces clothes and all of my families clothes here as well as my shoes. Excellent selection! There opening a lot of locations in the country which I am thrilled about! The only thing I would like to see is if they would have more people doing the registers being there’s always a long line. Other than that it’s a terrific store! I will always be a loyalty member and customer!”

“I never take the time to review established stores, but the automotive department deserves recognition. Driving back home from Florida to NYC, we caught a flat. The automotive department sprung into action, fast tracking me to get my tire repaired and back on the road. I appreciated this because I was traveling with two toddlers that were eager to get back home. Thanks again to the automotive department for taking me in with no appointment!”
“This Walmart pharmacy? I can't gush enough about them. The staff are friendly. Not like some pharmacies where the staff seem overworked and washed out. I have used this pharmacy for more than five years and never been disappointed. They are quick and the consult pharmacist are helpful in answering questions. Hands down, unless I am forced by my insurance to go to another pharmacy, I refuse to use anyone but this one. You guys rock!!!!”
