“First, I walked in the store and I wasn't bombarded with sales people. I felt like I could look around uninterrupted and take my time. When I finally had questions the salesperson was very informative. She had so much knowledge about the individual mattresses that she answered my questions before I could have before I can ask. She showed me different mattresses as comparisons to where I had a chance to pick the one mattress that was right for me. At that point I was convinced that I made the right choice got the right accessories and was comfortable spending the money that I spent. I want to praise the salesperson that helped me at that store. She was really good very friendly and very professional.”
“Susan Turner, our salesperson was so incredibly kind and well informed on the selection at the store. What a great shopping experience. Such a pleasure to shop at Haverty's.”

Chris not only made me feel happy about my King Bed Selection, but he showed me several affordable options within my price range. He went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied from start to finish. I0/10 go see Chris at Ashley of Florence for all your furniture needs.”

“Moving and starting fresh is a challenge in itself. The team here in Florence made the experience easy, understandable and helped work to secure amazing pieces. Id like to personally shout out to the sales manager Elizabeth!!! Probably hands down best customer service ive ever personally experienced; not only was she very knowledgeable and helpful with my millions of questions
She also helped find the perfect items for my new place. I can not wrote how amazing this team is. For sure will turn to them for all future endeavors”
“This is an example of what a community Pharmacy should be . Compassionate care with respect.Shannon and her crew are the best.I love the team here they feel like family.”
“Ken helped me so much! He took time with me and thought about the project I had in every detail...even things I hadn't thought of. I was so happy he helped me because I am not "hardware savvy".I would definitely recommend this store to anyone!!!!”
“Idk how this place has a lower rating! I just found it today and was so impressed. It’s gorgeous! The owner (I assume) spoke to us and even acknowledged our little boy. As far as the reviews saying “they were followed around” they’ve obviously never worked retail a day in their life in somewhere like this. If I had the space, money, and muscle everything would have went home with me!”
“Some improvements are needed with customer service but... much better than Walmart! I really dont like going to Walmart although Target it higher, typically. Customers check your prices at the register, sometimes it isnt updated at the computer.”
“They contracted with me to replace my back exterior door and did an awesome job.( Florence SC store) The prices were in line with other local contractors and the guy got it done in one day just like he said. Thank you!”

“I went in with a basic thought of what I wanted. I was presented with the options by a courteous salesperson, whom also offered their opinion on the Best Buy, most popular, etc. It was easy to make a decision after having all the facts. The transaction was processed quickly. I am quite satisfied with my purchase and the price point.”
