“Nice and guys are helpful here. Only one thing though about an EV I rent guy didn't give me any details about charging station. Not everyone used to EV. More info knowledgeable please or ask them if this it their first time using it. I went to slow charge one last night and I stuck there over 12 hrs.”

“I had the most amazing experience at the Indian Land location. I would even say the best customer service ever. I reserved an SUV online for a trip to the mountains. I scheduled pick up at 10 am with the intention of going home afterwards to pack it up and head out. Well, they didn't have any SUVs because multiple customers failed to return on time. They promised they would make it right, and boy did they. I'm not going to go into great detail about everything they did, just because I know they can't do this for every single customer, but they went out of their way to make me happy. It was top tier service and I can't tell you how much of a better trip I had because of them. THANK YOU GUYS!!!!!”
