“Tim and Brad were both very helpful and professional with me in discussing a wifi, with Verizon this time, as well as a newer phone. In handling the order, I made an error that caused them to need to meet with me once again. Both times were quite pleasant and all was worked out quiet well. The Verizon hookup was so easy and convenient. I am also thrilled with the new mobile smart phone I got (Samsung 25). If anyone is looking for either of these items, I highly recommend the Woodruff Road location near Five Forks. Thanks again, Verizon!”

“Wanted to share my recent experience with Anthony in the Verizon store in Mauldin SC. My phone service was cut off for no apparent reason. Anthony went to great lengths to resolve the issue by calling Verizon customer service and several other departments to get my service restored. I highly recommend Anthony for any of your cell phone needs. It’s rare these days to receive that 5 star customer service!”
“My cell phone was not working. I stopped in 100 N. Main Street in Mauldin, SC to see if they could help me. I met Candace, the sales manager. She smiled when I explained my problem and said she might be able to help. She charged into the problem, calling people to find out what was necessary to fix the problem. Shortly, my phone was working perfectly...thank you for helping me Candace.

He didn’t try to sell me in any fancy cases or chargers, he knew I was in a hurry and assisted me appropriately. Even though they were busy he was calm and collected and it really stood out to me. “Needed a new screen protector for my device and walked in to the AT&T store on Fairview in Simpsonville. I was promptly greeted by Blake. I explained what I needed. We also decided on a new case for my phone which too was in need of replacement. Blake was courteous and extremely thorough in reviewing my account to see if I was eligible for any discounts. “Amber B. was an absolute lifesaver today. I had a very complicated issue involving an old account, transfer of billing, new account, and FirstNet activation. She made it all happen! Extremely knowledgeable and kind. I walked in without service and left a very satisfied customer today (with activated First Net, too). “Had an issue with the number being stolen from my phone. Went to different corporate stores, and was on the phone with main corporate, with no success to retrieve number to put back on my phone. Went to this location, and after a month of fighting to get my number back, this location was able to assist me by getting issue fixed within an hour. Won't go anywhere else now if I can help it!”
