“My cell phone was not working. I stopped in 100 N. Main Street in Mauldin, SC to see if they could help me. I met Candace, the sales manager. She smiled when I explained my problem and said she might be able to help. She charged into the problem, calling people to find out what was necessary to fix the problem. Shortly, my phone was working perfectly...thank you for helping me Candace.

Not Yesterday I was in there less than 15 minutes and my phone was fixed when I walked out. There was no hassle, no problems occurred on at&t's side, and no attitudes from anyone. “Had an issue with the number being stolen from my phone. Went to different corporate stores, and was on the phone with main corporate, with no success to retrieve number to put back on my phone. Went to this location, and after a month of fighting to get my number back, this location was able to assist me by getting issue fixed within an hour. Won't go anywhere else now if I can help it!”
