“The amazing manager~Susan and lovely cashier Miss E (don’t want to misspell her name~so Miss E it is lol) were SOOOO patient and sweet with me at my visit tonight.I had an annoying issue with my slow service on my iPhone and I wanted to pull up this $10 off coupon to use but it wouldn’t load!!!As my anxiety starts to kick in, Susan and Miss E were simply a breath of fresh air because they waited with me for it to load and everything!!!I’m sure NO where else would have done what they did for me and it’s appreciated. “Clean, well organized and staffed appropriately. Employees were friendly as well. For the items with questionable pricing, this store employs an abundance of price check scanners. I'll go out of my way to shop at this particular Dollar Tree.”

“Terrible. The cashier was so rude. She said...empty your basket. But the way she said it was so rude. Some cashier's will just reach in and pull items out and ring them up and bag them as they go. But this one obviously didn't want to do that so she was pretty rude and said dump the basket so I dumped the basket. Then she pretty much threw my items one by one in two bags and then took the card and took payment without even making eye contact handed the receipt with her head turned while she was already ringing another customer.It is actually one day before Christmas and everyone is frustrated I understand. But when you work with the public you can't behave that way no matter what kind of day you're having. So I just thought I should post this and let others know. Don't expect any holiday cheer at family Dollar in Goose Creek on Red Bank road.”

“I went into Family Dollar today to deposit some money on a Chime card. The young lady at the register make a mistake and instead of the 25.00 she mistakenly rang up 125.00. I did not have the cash to make the transaction correct. I told the manager that I could go and get the cash. Nancy stated that would be the fastest way to correct the problem. Nancy then offered me transportation to pick up the cash. After picking up the cash she then took me to my next stop. Customer service at its best. She is the new manager and I recommend everybody use that store....303 North Goose Creek Blvd.”

“DG is usually an excellent store for deals. Penny shoppers love it because you can find hidden gems for one cent!However, this DG is the cleanest and most organized by far. In close second was DG, located in rural areas of Belmont, Texas. The manager of this location retains professional services and teamwork. I was almost confused by the customer service. And the smiling staff members. I asked if the manager could whip the other locations in shape like she did this one. She politely declined.”

“I'm a week or so behind on my review but I wanted to leave a 5 star review only because of a very nice young lady by the name of Kiki! Beings How I work and deal with the public every day I'm very big on costumer service, which now a days is very hard to find. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted with a very welcoming hello along with continuing her very friendly personality once I checked out. Yes this store needs a lot of work when it comes to making sure the shelves are stocked, a good cleaning and so on but they've already made a HUGE improvement just by KIKI being there. I'm sure she'll get the job done. Way to go KIKI you really made my day once I walked in by acknowledging your costumer! I can't stand walking in a store and not being greeted or looking at someone who looks so miserable to be there. I'm sure we all as people at times are miserable at our jobs but we have to at least look ad if we're happy to be there and she did just that. Thank you again”
