“The Fleet Feet store is the best. Danielle is absolutely amazing and so knowledgeable at her job. I had bought a pair of shoes that I was just not completely happy with for running. I went into the store and told her my concerns. She pulled several shoes that she thought would work best for me based off what I was describing was wrong with my current shoes. She was able to help me find the perfect pair of shoes for running. She’s even helped my husband several times find the perfect shoe for him. Danielle is great in her position and helping people be the best runners they can be!”

“I came in looking for some styles with the Dynasoft midsole (most comfortable and resilient midsole I've found for my feet), unfortunately they only had 1 style that I didn't like. Was talking to Dalton (new guy) and he realized pretty quickly I'd done a bunch of hunting already and probably knew more about that particular shoe than he did. He didn't give up on me though and talked me into checking online to see if they could order anything I liked. Shoutout to Markel for helping Dalton and I find a pair of the Dynasoft Nitrel v6's that I hadn't realized had even released yet. Markel price matched them and hooked me up with a military discount on top. I rarely do these reviews but Dalton and Markel knocked it out of the park today.”

“A great store. Incredible staff. Dillon was the most knowledgeable employee I have ever met at one of the colehaan stores. I have Shopped the Asheville store and the store in Myrtle Beach when they had a location there. But Charleston is my favorite location because of the staff. Of course,I love my shoes. “Very attractive buildings and well tended flowers. Easy to follow the directions boards, lots of parking, nice restrooms. A good variety of vendors - we always buy our Skechers from Tanger. I miss the cookware store which had some quirky items which made good gifts.”

Blair, Darlene and Jay were very nice and very helpful. They advertised the shoes in a fashionable way, but not showy. Their outfits were well put together. I didn't even realize they had on shoes that were sold in the store!
I do have foot issues so comfort is of the utmost importance. I found a couple pairs that were surprisingly comfortable.

“Phenomenal customer experience today. Was shopping with my 9 year old to get her first pair of converse :) both of the women employees that we interacted with were just awesome! The woman on the floor offered assistance and I asked about how much to size down. She gave some guidance and then offered to check the fit for me. The woman at the register was so sweet-my daughter was using birthday money to pay her own way and the way the employee took care of her was genuinely outstanding. “I went to the Ann Taylor Store at Tanger Mall in Charleston South Carolina and I had a ball. I ejoyed the clearance sales area and racked up plus if you donated to Breast Cancer, Ann Taylor gave an additional 20% off the already mark down items. I was able to buy myself and my grand children coats, pants, jackets and blouses. The sales associates were super nice. They offered to help carry some of my bags to my car because I would have had to make two trips. I have always been able to buy a lot for my money at Ann Taylor especially the outlet stores.”

“I called to see if they had a clearance shoe in store on 7/09/25 around 11:30, the lady I spoke with was very helpful. She asked what size I needed, offered to hold them for me and informed me of a sale they had going on. I was able to go after work, do my shopping and get in-and out quickly. My experience was smooth and easy; The store was also very well organized and clean! This was my first time shopping at Sperry but it will certainly not be my last.”

“It was for our granddaughter's 11th birthday. Amazing how quickly they grow up. She wanted a new pair of C Crocs and a pair of Converse sneakers, in black of course. She topped them off with pink laces. They looked sharp. Her Pop's remembered just how much he loved high-tops also. She plays sports, so she gets whatever she needs. Love my girls?”
