“I was so impressed with the service that Sarah provided. I was skeptical at first because the shoes are kind of pricey, but Sarah measured and analyzed my feet. She then pulled three pairs. I only liked one, so she went and got three more. She spent so much time and understood exactly what I was saying. If you have any foot issues, please go see the people at Fleet Feet. They are amazing!!!!”

“I purchased two jackets last Christmas and only received one. I tried to contact customer service multiple times but did not receive a response. Truly disappointing, as the jacket I did receive was adorable and I think there are so many cute clothes on the website.

After posting my review, I was finally able to connect with customer service and received the refund for the missing jacket. While it wasn’t the most convenient, I’m glad the situation was resolved and I look forward to revisiting the site!”
“I went in yesterday with my friend who had broken her foot and needed a very wide shoe, but one that would be safe to walk in. The saleslady that helped us was wonderful. I believe her name was Petra. She make wonderful suggestions and took her time. My friend ended up getting a pair of Crocs that fit her foot wrap perfectly and was comfortable with wearing her regular sneakers. You do not see this level of care every day.”
“I found shoes! Okay, so I have the most difficult time when it comes to finding shoes. It's so hard to find cute ones to fit my feet. I went in with a mission of finding some brown sandals because mostly everything I own is black. I left with a pair of white Teva and a pair of casual brown sandals. That's a win for me! Okay, now about the store. I was greeted upon entering which many stores don't do. The store was well stocked and neatly kept. A salesperson came over to ask if I needed any assistance which I did not at the time. My purchase went smoothly and the cashier explained their reward system of earning points with every purchase. It was quick and and easy to sign up. I was pleasantly surprised to find that one pair of shoes had an additional discount. Double win!!”

“I had an amazing experience! The lady who helped me (totally forgot her name🫣) was so kind and understanding and she knew exactly what shoes and inserts would work with my feet and would help my medical problems. You go in and they scan your feet with a 3D scanner so they know your exact feet size and everything and then find shoes that fit your feet. It was such a cool experience and I loved getting that information about my feet! I also loved that the process was so individual and tailored to my exact needs. I was able to find a pair of shoes that actually fit me without having to just guess. I would definitely recommend this shop to everyone, whether you’re a runner, have feet pain, or are just looking for a nice new pair of sneakers that fit your feet!”
