“The Fleet Feet store is the best. Danielle is absolutely amazing and so knowledgeable at her job. I had bought a pair of shoes that I was just not completely happy with for running. I went into the store and told her my concerns. She pulled several shoes that she thought would work best for me based off what I was describing was wrong with my current shoes. She was able to help me find the perfect pair of shoes for running. She’s even helped my husband several times find the perfect shoe for him. Danielle is great in her position and helping people be the best runners they can be!”

“I purchased two jackets last Christmas and only received one. I tried to contact customer service multiple times but did not receive a response. Truly disappointing, as the jacket I did receive was adorable and I think there are so many cute clothes on the website.

After posting my review, I was finally able to connect with customer service and received the refund for the missing jacket. While it wasn’t the most convenient, I’m glad the situation was resolved and I look forward to revisiting the site!”
“I went in yesterday with my friend who had broken her foot and needed a very wide shoe, but one that would be safe to walk in. The saleslady that helped us was wonderful. I believe her name was Petra. She make wonderful suggestions and took her time. My friend ended up getting a pair of Crocs that fit her foot wrap perfectly and was comfortable with wearing her regular sneakers. You do not see this level of care every day.”
“I found shoes! Okay, so I have the most difficult time when it comes to finding shoes. It's so hard to find cute ones to fit my feet. I went in with a mission of finding some brown sandals because mostly everything I own is black. I left with a pair of white Teva and a pair of casual brown sandals. That's a win for me! Okay, now about the store. I was greeted upon entering which many stores don't do. The store was well stocked and neatly kept. A salesperson came over to ask if I needed any assistance which I did not at the time. My purchase went smoothly and the cashier explained their reward system of earning points with every purchase. It was quick and and easy to sign up. I was pleasantly surprised to find that one pair of shoes had an additional discount. Double win!!”
