“The Starbucks next door had a keypad on their door and I didn’t feel comfortable asking them for the code because they where rude the first time I even walked in the door about the inside being closed... Wanted to use the bathroom first and then get my coffee. Didn’t want to risk the chance they make me buy coffee before getting the code or figure out how they handle that process.
I came over here and was immediately greeted by a friendly clerk. Sat down in their clean bathroom that was easy to find. Did my business and wrote up a review for Starbucks while in there this morning.
The coffee I purchased before I left was pretty good.”
“bathrooms are single occupancy so there can be a line, but we found it to be very clean. even smelled a little of bleach which is honestly nice compared to so many gas station bathrooms. didn't buy anything but the cashier was friendly as well”

“This is a good stop. Very clean. Has all the food and snacks. Hot food, sandwiches, frozen yogurt, coffees, etc. Has alcohol and basic household and car items. Has a nice seating area to eat. They even have the 3 in 1 faucets in the bathroom!But, I could have done my taxes and a load of laundry in the time it took to pump 10.242 gallons of fuel. ⛽️. At least I can order my food while I wait! … I went to the tacos shop next door, they had one person ahead of us and NOT a single other customer. We waked out because they were just chatting and were taking forever.”
“Best Parker’s you’re gonna go to. Great staff working here. Carolina Reapers samwich is delicious. The store manager and kitchen manager are top notch. Shaniqua and Lakeesha are running a great Parker’s.”
“Encountered this gas station/convenience store while we were driving from Savannah to Hilton Head Island. It was clean and the service was friendly. Lots of different snacks inside, including Tom's chips.”
“Stopped for gas on the way to NC.Prices were the same as most stations when passing through states.Pumps could use a wipe down and the area is deject not too messy but no bathrooms were open when I went so we just left but the inside was what I expected. Easy stop for gas.”

“The gentleman Chris that works here is so nice and personable. He was also very kind to my children. Traveling with a big family isn't easy, and he made it much more enjoyable. Nice clean bathrooms and very friendly folks. Hard to come by nowadays.”

“I just wanted to share the amazing customer service I received from Dee at the Pilot Travel Center located at 15976 Whyte Hardee Blvd., Hardeeville, SC 29927.
After a few hours on the road, my husband and I were running low on patience (as married folks often do after being cooped up together for too long). While he pumped gas, I hopped out to grab a drink and picked up two beautiful salads so we wouldn’t have to worry about cooking or going back out for food later.
That’s when I met Dee—bright, welcoming, and full of positive energy. She called me over with a cheerful “I can take you over here!” and from that moment on, completely turned my day around. She asked how my day was going (the answer was: not great), and then noticed I didn’t have any salad dressing. Without skipping a beat, she asked what kind I liked. I laughed and told her my husband would disown me if I brought him blue cheese, and she laughed right along with me.
What I didn’t realize was that, while chatting with me, Dee had already asked a team member to bring over an assortment of dressings. She was multitasking like a pro while still being fully present with me. I was genuinely touched by her thoughtfulness and impressed by her attentiveness.
Dee brings a rare light to this store—it’s the kind of energy you don’t forget. I truly hope you all know what a gem you have in her. She’s out here saving moods and marriages one kind gesture at a time. If we ever pass through Hardeeville again, I’ll be keeping my fingers crossed that I get to see Dee. She’s absolutely wonderful.”
