I self installed a swing gate sub in my 2024 Bronco which is admittedly crooked..... don't ask... but they were able to easily hook up my inputs to receive signal and communicate with the head unit when I was terrified of screwing up. But not only that he asked me for my price range and met it perfectly. It included my phone protection screen and case. “2 years ago, Emil moved my entire family to T-Mobile from Verizon (after being loyal Verizon customers for 27+ years.) Emil was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, friendly, and kind. We were able to set up 7 phone lines, 3 watch lines, and internet service for 2 households.
Fast forward to last week. Even though commission is no longer an incentive for T-Mobile employees, Emil provided exemplary service! He showed so much patience helping me navigate switching plans, upgrading 2 phones, and answering my never-ending barrage of questions. Customer service of this caliber can be hard to come by these days, but Emil goes above and beyond every time!”

“I broke my phone they did an upgrade to the TCL 30 XE 5G it was quick service and very helpful and they answered all my many questions happily. Also my best experience at any phone store I've ever been to this was a good place. This is an update, so 4 days after I bought the phone I noticed when they put the screen protector on it was dirty and I wanted to see what they could do anyway I went there today and Jiovan take care of me right away and solve the problem thank you to her and the people at this Metro store I would definitely recommend this place rather than a couple of others that I've visited.”
