I mainly talked with Chanler and Scott but from the first phone call to being greeted at the door everyone was very professional. I highly recommend this business. “I switched from AT&T to metro pcs and Isaac made my experience so HORRIBLE!!!! After 2 days of being without my phone and going into metro and with Diamond and Jasmine and the manager DSG I finally can use my phone I honestly believe that if Diamond had not been working today and working hard at getting my phone services restored I would literally be without my phone again today. So I say THANK YOU DIAMOND AND JASMINE for restoring my faith in metro and me being a return customer. “Norton's stereo hooked me up with a new touch screen radio for the new truck that I'm fixing up, so far it seems to be working out pretty good! My dealer's service department was going to give me a crappy deal just to look at my old radio so I'm glad I was referred to Norton's stereo instead! I would recommend this shop to anyone else who needs a screen, a radio, speakers or anything installed or diagnosed, and you can conveniently buy the new stuff from them too! “Honestly best service I've received at any metro. This isn't my local Metro, my local one has never seemed very interested in my business. So I drove out of my way to do my upgrade, which was great, and they got me taken care of. The owner was very nice and accommodating to all our questions and the young lady on staff was a huge help getting us all set up. I even added a new line for my daughter no problem. They'll definitely get my business from now on.”

“I came here and had a very poor experience. The employees were coming across as condescending. I left a 1 star review and left. I returned later in the evening for some snacks and goodies with my little brother. I was helped out by a polite young lady named Kima. It was a very pleasant experience and she was one of the most kind individuals I've met. Hands down the best employee there. Give her a raise and put her in charge.”
