“I switched from AT&T to metro pcs and Isaac made my experience so HORRIBLE!!!! After 2 days of being without my phone and going into metro and with Diamond and Jasmine and the manager DSG I finally can use my phone I honestly believe that if Diamond had not been working today and working hard at getting my phone services restored I would literally be without my phone again today.
