“I never leave reviews but the lady working here is amazing and deserves recognition! I’m always nervous going to the post office because the people are rude. I drive the extra distance whenever I have a package to send out just because she’s so friendly and so so helpful. She’s always super quick and there’s never a long line whenever I go.”

“All things considered, the service is good.and clerks are friendly.I see a weak spot, however, and I hope you take my advice. I just spent a solid half an hour trying to send tracking numbers to my customers. It took me way to long to complete this task on only three parcels because the ink on the receipt was faded to the point that I could not discern the difference between a 6 and a 5 or a 9 and a zero. Even with a magnifying glass I am not sure if I got the numbers correct. INK YOUR MACHINES! I don't get paid if I don't get these tracking numbers right.”

“Katelynn Lampkin, the customer service manager, took charge when a parcel I mailed from the North Charleston post office to Washington State got lost and, according to the tracking, was bouncing back and forth from Oregon, back to Washington, off to Minneapolis and back to Washington. She filed an intercept order and it was found and returned, at my request, to the NCPO. It arrived there and she sent me an email to let me know I could pick it up. Thanks so much for your help! Great customer service. Kudos to all the friendly staff as well.”
“They helped me find a package that was mislabeled and were so kind and considerate about it. I was in tears knowing it was okay as it was an ornament of a portrait for a family pet that does not have many years left with us and we treasure dearly. I ran out to go find it, but I am so incredibly grateful for everyone there”

“This postal location has some of the Best Postal Workers I’ve ever dealt with.I’ve been using this location for 5 years .The ladies are always accommodating. Go over and beyond to help folks wrap their package, give advice, even open or keep the door open after 4pm to help customers.They are also able to pick up on how folks are feeling and have a little more patience than other post office workers Ive come across.Great Just Job Ladies.
