“I had a wonderful experience with Greg at the Goose Creek Post Office today. I had been having a very frustrating experience trying to get my passport application submitted and came to this location hoping someone could help me. Greg was incredibly kind, patient and helpful and went out of his way to accommodate me even though he did not have to. I should note I stopped by Monday of this week attempting to schedule a passport appointment and he tried helping me but the system wasn’t working so he took my information down and said he would attempt to schedule it again at a later time.
I appreciate his willingness to help and, most importantly, how respectfully and kindly he treated me. Employees like Greg make such a difference in a customer’s experience.”
“I want to add to the review below that the manager reaches out and continued to ensure my issue waa fully resolved. I am very impressed by her level of customer service and her support to myself, a veteran, is to be recognized: I recently had an issue with this post office and as a result, wrote a negative review too quickly. Ms. Simone reached out to me and it was even on the weekend and thoroughly research my issue. She successfully resolved the issue and explained next steps to me and now I am very satisfied. Job well done! My mail lady also did a great job actively assisting in resolving my issue.”

“While I would leave overall USPS online/automated systems a poor review, the staff at this location (I unfortunately didn't get her name) was very helpful in resolving my issue.
I'm docking a star because the location should have a phone queue system so you can hang out and wait. If you're trying to call when they're already on the phone, you will get a busy signal and have to just try your luck with another call (repeatedly).”

“They helped me find a package that was mislabeled and were so kind and considerate about it. I was in tears knowing it was okay as it was an ornament of a portrait for a family pet that does not have many years left with us and we treasure dearly. I ran out to go find it, but I am so incredibly grateful for everyone there”

“By far, one of the better Post offices in the area. I prefer this location. The service is better, faster, and the employees are a lot nicer. That is my experience with this location. The only thing that can be a problem (depending on the time of day) is getting in and out of this place.”
