“This postal location has some of the Best Postal Workers I’ve ever dealt with.I’ve been using this location for 5 years .The ladies are always accommodating. Go over and beyond to help folks wrap their package, give advice, even open or keep the door open after 4pm to help customers.They are also able to pick up on how folks are feeling and have a little more patience than other post office workers Ive come across.Great Just Job Ladies. “This is like a Tax office that also does postal service. I live in G.C. but drive here only because the lady is soo much more helpful and patient than the actual post office. Not all of us know what to do before we get in line. She is always so happy to help. It's worth the drive.Thank you!!”

“I am giving Goose Creek Post Office (PO) 4 stars because of their employee, Debra. She was very helpful to my husband & I. We had gone to several post offices to get the Passport applications. I had gone to a PO near my job in N. Charleston, & was told they didn't have them. Moncks Corner PO employee advised to go to Goose Creek. Of course, when we arrived on a Saturday morning, the line was outside the door. I saw Ms Debra coming out of a side door, & asked if they had Passport application. Why stay in line if they didn’t have them? She responded, yes, how many do you need? She added, there’s no point in you waiting in line, when I can just grab them for you. She gave us the passport applications, explained scheduling the photograph appointment on the automated kiosk at the post office, the timeframe we should receive the passports & the costs. She attempted to schedule us, but the system only had an appointment slot for 1 person, the date was 2/15. She suggested, that we try later next week, to schedule. We were so very grateful that she was willing to assist us. She was so awesome!”

“The folks working at this location are the nicest, most patient and accommodating postal employees I've ever encountered. It's annoying that they don't have a self-service kiosk, but they also haven't been particularly busy any of the times I've stopped in, so I've never had to wait more than five minutes.”

“They helped me find a package that was mislabeled and were so kind and considerate about it. I was in tears knowing it was okay as it was an ornament of a portrait for a family pet that does not have many years left with us and we treasure dearly. I ran out to go find it, but I am so incredibly grateful for everyone there”

“I go to the Post Office once or twice a month to do COM's(certificate of mailing). And yes it's always busy. I am sure the Postal Workers are very much aware that it is always busy but there is not much they can do if no one wants to get a job. SO! for the Postal Workers that are working and taking our mail and putting up with OUR stress of how long it took at the Post office why don't you say Thank you and have a great day or even better yet - say You're doing a great job and I thank you.”

“I’ve dealt with many post offices throughout travels, to include overseas military. Typically most personnel are professional, but some aren’t friendly, which is understandable & acceptable. Especially because customers regularly lose their cool with this poorly managed government entity.This particular location on a Saturday (only open 2hrs) had the line wrapped outside the door. I calmly stood in line about 1hr & 15mins enjoying music. When it was my turn 5mins past closing ?, I presented my overseas package & customs form. Upon reviewing my customs form, Manny extended his hand to shake and thanked me for filling out the form properly.That appreciation & gesture caught me by surprise, especially because they still had maybe 30 people remaining in line & it was past closing.You are a good man, Manny. Your smile & kindness made my day, thank you. Stay blessed & continue to catch people off guard with kindness!”

“This is go-to Post Office. The staff is very friendly and always very helpful. Like any post office, they are going to be busy. So, you have to be patient. I like that they updated the parking lot a little over a year ago. It actually has provided more spaces to park. It's located at a busy intersection, so I'd advise you to turn right at the exit near the entrance and circle back around if you need to get back on Dorchester.”
