YAPS Pet Styling (formerly soft tails, same owner)
6407 Charlotte Hwy Suite 400, LancasterNicole is hands-down the best groomer I’ve ever been to. She was so gentle and patient with my dog, and you can tell she truly loves what she does. The cut was perfect — neat, even, and exactly what I asked for — and my dog came home happy, relaxed, and smelling amazing. I won’t take my pup anywhere else!

Faulkner Animal Hospital: Glenn Brent DVM
739 Lancaster Bypass E, LancasterI had to find a veterinarian to euthanize my cat who was going through neurological issues severely impacting her quality of life. Faulkner took us in the day I called. They provided a room where my wife and I could spend time saying goodbye to our precious and loved cat. They told us how they would perform the procedure and asked if we wanted to be there. We stayed through the procedure and they allowed us as much time as we needed to say our goodbyes. They allowed us to take care of payment in the room and not have to return to the main lobby. They also allowed us to leave through a back exit again preventing us to have to walk through the lobby with our year drenched eyes. They were very companionate and I'd highly recommend them should you find yourself in a situation like this.
